Wonderful

It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants.
The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs.
The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She made what would have been a good experience an unpleasant one.
New or newly renovated. Very courteous staff. Room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed during our France trip. Good base of operations if you plan to drive around amd visit all the Alps towns like Chamonix
I found the place to be very cosy, the room are quite "small", but the bed are excellent, everything is very clean, and our bathroom was brand new. We enjoyed especially the swimming pool and the spa, just perfect there (again the place is not huge) but very well thought and nicely organized. Last but not least, the assistance was great (good recommendations), and we had a terrific breakfast, with a lot of very good product. All nicely organized again. Warmly recommend for a couple stay
Doesn't fit 3 adults and one child as advertised. The "adult" bed in a mezzanine could barely fit a 12 year old. Very poorly lit, most areas barely accessible without bending in two!
Lovely hotel with a good fresh breakfast. Liked the sauna and pool - good for relaxing muscles after skiing. My only suggestion would be for better signposting about the local skiing facilities - in partcular the free bus. Turns out it only goes to one location not all in the Diamant Pass area. As a novice skier I couldn’t ski back to the one drop and pick up the bus. It cost 25€ for the taxi !

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Breakfast charge was 100 euros (!?)
We pretty much never saw a smile from a member of staff the whole time except the friendly woman in the breakfast room. When we checked out we realised why - 33€ for each adult and €20 for each 5 year old kid for breakfast buffet which was a little more than what I keep in my cupboards at home. I was shocked and feel ripped off. I am happy to pay that price for a fabulous buffet with table service but to have coffee out of a spout like a 7-11...honestly when the breakfast is 30% of the room cost you expect more. Would stay again but not eat breakfast there and not expect smiles from the guy who greets you.
Family suite was lovely, and more spacious than expected. However, those sleeping on the mezzanine got very hot indeed. Very picturesque, helpful staff and good pool too.

had a plesant stay. Hotel was in a good location with a supermarket nearby and offered a cark park however the room was quiet small and with a compact bathroom. The hotel staff didnt advise that they would be charging 14 euros per day for breakfast and only found out at check out. We only had a couple of slices of toast each day so was an expensive slice of toast each day!
We were impressed with the quality of the pool and spa area which was a major bonus after a day's skiing. We stayed in the suite which was quiet with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.
Location is great, especially if you like to have dinner at the near 3 stars Michelin restaurant. The room is not very spacious, especially the entrance where the closet is. Nice balcony with beautiful view. Very friendly service. The Hotel restaurant is good too. We will come again.
We had a very nice time. Skied all day and relaxed in the evening. Nice staff and good food. Breakfast is extra which I find is strange but it is the norm in this part of France. For the price you pay for the room you would expect breakfast included or at least free coffee, tea and croissant? But all in all a good stay. I would recommend it
