Theres no complain about the stay. They are very accomodating and even let us check in early and check out late. The breakfast was filling and sumptuous even its basic it still taste good . The pool is heated and youll enjoy dipping into the pool. The were very helpful and have good customer service . We highly recommend the hotel when in Prescott.

My wife and I live local to this hotel. We stay here on weekend get aways from the house and family. Every time we have stayed has been wonderful. Not this time. We were supposed to check in at 3pm, stated agreement. The room was not ready and they could not tell me when it would be. We ran to Walmart to get a few things we needed and came back. Still no room. We went to dinner and came back at 5pm, the room was finally "ready" The floors were not mopped, the furniture was visibly dirty, like we wouldn't even sit in one of the chairs. The balcony was filthy, something had been spilled and never dealt with. Normally the staff are top notch, but this time they seemed jist defeated and uninterested in guest service. I will say I asked for some extra towels and it was like they were just waiting to Bru g them, there in under five minutes. I was impressed with that. After all of this, we will stay here again, just not in the deluxe room. Normally we just get a standard room and they are always very clean. Every property has an off day...

Nice Hotel
We had a pleasant stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but was nice. The breakfast was decent, and they had hot baked cookies in the afternoon.

The staff was so kind and professional. Loved staying here and will stay anytime I am in town. I meant to take a photo of the pillows to buy some for myself because they were so comfortable. Best night of sleep I’d had in months. So comfortable!

Good hotel
Our two night stay was nice. The grounds were beautiful with fountains. Check in was easy. Employees were professional & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Was a little dissatisfied when we entered the room & saw how old & nasty the carpeting was. Furniture was dated, but in good condition. The bed was comfortable, but older. The bathrooms seemed to have been updated, so they were nice, the air conditioning was very noisy & didn’t seem to cool as well as we liked. I know this was an older hotel, but that carpeting was gross, so a little disappointed with that. Everything else was great. Very quiet & clean.
