Lovely stay, staff fantastic and food was excellent as always.

Stay was fabulous but the food wasn’t worth ordering. Cheaper and better quality on pizzas , chips etc. elsewhere.

A decent budget hotel! Negatives- aesthically the let down is the paint work on the walls with lots of marks on, the bathroom was nice and modern but did have some mould in parts so some bleach could do wonders Positives- clean comfy enough bed (maybe thicker pillows needed) But on the whole we was happy and would stay again as reasonabley priced

Absolutely amazing. Staff are lovely and friendly. Definitely stay again.

We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended

Love the Beatles pictures and the staff were very friendly and helpful
