Upon check in we were greeted by the front desk clerk, i think her name was Nana. She was very nice and answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and employees where helpful. Two issues, elevator broke so hag to haul luggage down the stairs and our last morning the. Breakfast was not served until after 7am due to the employee oversleeping. I would have thought they would have someone else that could at least get out the items that didn’t need to be cooked

At first it was a bit confusing getting into the parking lot. Then after check in we find out the elevator is broken. We carried our luggage up 4 flights. The next morning the cook was a no show so there were no hot items. On the positive, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to deal with all the mishaps.

Best hotel so far
It was amazing. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean, the employees were great. Wish we would have been staying for vacation purposes instead of emergency family stuff so we could have had more time to enjoy it.
