Check in was great, was checking in 3 rooms. Wasterslides weren’t working in the morning, so grandkids were pretty disappointed. And they said the hot tub looked like it was dirty. The front desk fellow in the morning was fabulous, very efficient and helpful and a great sense of humour!

No drink glasses in room and no bath mat when got out of the shower had to use a towel. Heating system was noisy.

Hotel needs some updating. Room was very run down. Unfortunately we were close to the pool, so very noisy and heavily smelt of chlorine. We were followed to our vehicle by someone asking for money.

It was okay. Nothing fancy. Staff were nice and helpful. But there was banging through the walls and kids screaming in the hall day and night on my second night. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower wasn’t clean. Some towels were dirty.
