No hot water for shower. Ran tub faucet for about 10 min to try to move hot water through pipes. When discussed with front desk next morning was told I should have run water for 15 min. Companion stating down the hall had same problem. Walls paper thin - can hear noises and talking from other rooms. Electric baseboard heater puts out very limited heat -can barley feel any heat when holding hand close. Room was at 15deg when I arrived and it took 3 hours to reach 20deg temp. No continental breakfast included as Denny's attached to hotel.

I had the same dirty chair and desk and pitiful view that I had the last time I stayed here, while the hotel had many other rooms available to give me. I was given a better room the last time and again this time, so that was nice. I am through with this place.

I traveled 7 hours to get to this motel. I booked with Expedia. The room I got was on 2nd floor with no elevator access. My computer desk had a chair with 4 legs and crumbs all over it. When I opened the curtains there were several rooms with a view of the inside of mine. Many other rooms were available.

The worst hotel and staff in bc
There was bugs in the sheets on the bed and the staff was absolutely terrible and rude about it they didn’t even change the sheets and bedding and the room was disgusting dirty there was no plug for the bath tub to bath my kids and they overcharged my credit card and took a week to put it back on it i will never tell anybody to stay there as it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In 40 years

Upon checkin, and a very long flight my room was prepaid from my husband, the front desk manager was extremely rude, when I told her this was unacceptable, seeing as I showed her my married name- which was the same. Ther was no hot water in my room and no water in dennys- I should get a full refund. The street is torn up and they have had water issues for a month, but still rent rooms. So I had cold showers. The janitorial ran a Vaccum all hours of the day outside my door and I was there for work and a funeral.the only positive thing I have to say is my bed was comfortable.

It was disappointing as it clearly is a motel renovated to add a hotel component and my room was TINY. Glad my room did not have a door to the parking lot cause that is a MOTEL. Also, workout room was very limited hours. Many of the hotels I stay at, the fitness areas are all 24 hours.
