place is very nice but front desk wasn’t much helpful with needs as bedsheets, pillows and laundry bags. looks like the people that woks there don’t have much information about how to provide things to clients. My family enjoyed the hotel… we hope better customer service next time!

I just want my deposit back.
I stayed in room 921. My room's air conditioner did not work. The room got hot very quickly. My sink did not drain which left the a black watery puddle in the sink. My shower curtain had black mold on it. or black smudge. My mirror in the bathroom was dirty and dusty. The kitchen table was not sturdy at all. The screens on the balcony were dusty and had cob webs. The front desk gentlemen spoke to me in English but when i asked him a question later he said he did not speak English. The pool staff were very professional. The grill portion of the night was a struggle. The front desk did not know where anything was. The grills were dirty and not cleaned. I had to grill with aluminon foil. The pool was great. I disliked that the pool was closed at 8pm. Most people check in at 4pm and wont be able to use the pool. The fire pit was broken as well. The gym equipment were all broken. No AC in the gym as well. I will not be staying here again. Functions in the room did not work. My toaster did not as well. Room is very expensive and i felt very limited to my experience.

Decent room for the price.
The rooms were fine, no complaints. Staff was friendly, especially compared to other hotel front desks. Coffee would come out later in the morning in the lobby than was convenient as my work day starts early. I ended up being forced to make my own because of that. Beware of the washers and dryers. They’re old and work very poorly.

We arrived at 330pm, and waited until 4pm (check-in time). The staff told us we only had one room under my name. (We booked for 2 rooms). I showed my Expedia booking, no avail, still one room. The staff said I need to call Expedia to sort it out. As I had one 80-year old with me, I asked for one room first to settle down. An OCCUPIED room was given to us -- when we walked in, we were shocked to see there was stills a suitcase open, and clothing hanging in the closet! Of my nearly 25 business travel experiences, this was a first and the WORST by far! I called the front desk, who then again asked us to go back to the front desk to sort it out?!! Amazed, I went back, and showed the paper printout from the Expedia, which then showed the 2 room reservations (one of which is under my daughter's name). The staff then realized both rooms were from the same booking, and gave us 2 rooms finally!! Eventually, he apologized for giving us a dirty room, but nothing else. All those mistakes could have been avoided by rudimentary training of the staff members. I would not recommend this facility given the service levels. There are many similar hotels along route 1.
