Modern Beachfront 3bdrm - 3bath with pool & incredible view!

Modern Beachfront 3 bedroom 3 bath home in high-end residential Turtle tail area.
Sing a Song Villa I is a one of a kind gem. We spared no expense in this development. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan.

Please note there is construction going on the lot next door to Villa III, just like there is on all parts of the island.

The 16ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.

Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area giving you a total seating capacity of 10 in the kitchen/dining area. A 55 inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv. House has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island. Plunge into the 6ft deep end of the pool while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing.

On the patio deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa I is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!

There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa II & III which you can also rent together with Villa I at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.

If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and an LED TV. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected.

Amazing Views
This property offers some pros and cons.I will start with the pros.The views are absolutely stunning!Those are 5 star worthy! Another pro is Adeline,the concierge! She was amazing to work with and took care of all of our excursions and needs! She is knowledgeable about the island and knows all the connects since she is a local! She was amazing! Some cons, the property is quiet unless the neighbors are loud. In our case, they were. So if you’re enjoying a quiet evening on the porch, you can hear the neighbors playing cornhole and the noise of a pool party. It just ruins your vibe. The property owners can’t control that, I just want others to be aware. Another con is the size of the pool. We were disappointed that it was much smaller than the pictures led on. It was sufficient but definitely not large. It was also deep so at 5ft3 I could barely touch. Some pool floats or pool noodles would have been a GREAT option but there were none. We were also constantly looking for outside seating. The cabana beds were nice but when I wanted to lay in the sun, there was no option. Plus if I wanted to sit and not lay, there wasn’t an option for that as well. Lastly I will note that the house is hot even with a/c running. The property boasts of a huge fan in the living area however it wasn’t there. Without that fan the air just couldn’t circulate enough to keep the house cool.The other option was to close all of the shades during the day but then you cover the amazing views.

I stayed at this villa for 4 nights with 5 of my best friends and it was everything and more. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s truly the most beautiful rental property. The best part of this house was Adeline (local house manager). The house was fully stocked with all of our food/alcohol request upon arrival. We also worked with Adeline to setup a private driver for our trip which was great. We definitely recommend having Adeline deliver jet skis to the villa, it was the highlight of our trip. The house has everything you can think of like a cooler to bring down to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful experience Adeline, can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here with our teenage children over spring break. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, with gorgeous views from every room. We loved the location on a quiet beach away from the crowds, but a quick drive from restaurants and activities. We enjoyed making daily use of the paddleboards and kayaks and lounging in the comfortable beds by the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. 6 adults had plenty of room with 3 beds and 3 baths. The kitchen and dining area were sufficient to have a chef and server working around us at the same time. The host and manager were both prompt and friendly whenever we needed them, before and during our stay. The villa was clean and as described. The real value of this place is the privacy and outdoor space. The views and mostly private beach were unreal. We felt like we had the celebrity treatment. Other higher-end rentals we saw were at crowded beaches, developments, or not directly on the water. We were still a 10-15 min drive to Grace Bay and the tourist area of Provo if we wanted to be around the crowds, shop, or get groceries. We'll definitely look for this rental again next time we come!

Super Magnificent Views - Best Villa Ever!
I would highly recommend the 3-bedroom Sing a Song Villa. We had an amazing time. The water was perfect. The ocean views are stunning and the three quays in front are an added bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We stayed here with our 4 children. They weren't bored at all, from kayaking to paddle boarding and playing chess or volleyball, they were entertained the whole time there. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy their vacation. The host is very responsive!

I’ve stayed in ocean front villas in other countries but this one was the best because you can actually swim in the ocean at Sing a Song. We swam, paddle boarded and kayaked every day. The place was spotless, fully equipped the host was very responsive. Highly recommended staying here.

Great Stay in TCI - Enjoyed Very Much
We had a great stay at Sing a Song Villa I, and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The value here is clear, a secluded location, beautiful beach, turquoise water, with a pool and multiple cabanas on-site. Perfect for a week of rest and relaxation! Adeline, the house manager, did an amazing job! She responded instantly to our every request. Adeline stocked the villa for us with groceries upon arrival, which was incredibly helpful. We had a masseuse and private chef come to the villa, and we rented jet skis, which were brought right to the beach. Adeline helped us book a full day catamaran charter, as well as nice dinners. Other than that, we spent our time at the villa. Every day at 4:30, Chef Fitzroy came to the house. He brought us pina coladas by the pool and cooked delicious dinners every night, including jerk chicken lollipops, blackened grouper, and crab cakes. While we had an awesome stay, there are a few things that could have been better. First, the kitchen, while totally functional, is not quite commensurate with the premium experience/price point of the villa. Some minor additions that would have been helpful include a tea kettle, a kitchen vent and enough drinkable water to last the duration of the stay. During our stay we did experience an AC outage in the great room. Adeline immediately dispatched a handyman. Adeline moved heaven and earth to have the AC was working again. Overall, Villa I is an amazing villa and awesome place to vacation!

For my wife’s 60th bday she specified specific requirements for a house to stay in. This place checked them all and then some. 1. Beautiful view ✔️ 2. Private pool ✔️ 3. Private sandy beach✔️ 4. Enjoyed our spring break but the home needs a few updates. Very rocky to access the beach. Needs a new landscaping plan to improve access. Home is aging and has some significant wear and tear. The kitchen needs a serious upgrade (stove, all pots and pans). Surrounding homes on Juba Sound (windchime villa) show the true value of enjoying an oceanfront villa.

Incredible views from the pool deck. Beach access could not have been easier, and the beach and water are absolutely stunning. Kayaks and SUPs were great to have. Excellent communication with our host. Very available and responsive at all times. Eg we were provided with immediate troubleshooting when our internet wasn’t working properly. It was fixed within 20-30 mins. Thoughts for improvement: - Gas BBQ. It is the hosts’ preference to have a charcoal BBQ for its flavour benefits, but when on vacation it is noticeably inconvenient to use charcoal, especially if you’re just looking to grill up a quick lunch or an easy dinner. - More shaded options on the pool deck. We had two babies, thus shade was essential. The roofs above the day beds don’t provide adequate shade for most of the day due to the angle of the sun. We were provided with a small beach umbrella, but this was difficult to secure on the stone pool deck as it is designed to be secured by burying its wedged pole into sand. An umbrella with a proper stand, or perhaps draw curtains for the day beds would help. - The listing said paper towel was included with the rental, however once we ran out we we told we would need to replace it. This should either be clarified in the listing, or refills on paper towel should be provided as described. - 2 or 3 ply toilet paper would be nice! (Gas station quality 1 ply is provided.) Would definitely book here again!
