We had a great experience staying at Ocean Club Resort ! Everybody was so nice at the reception area, Caroline, Mike. They were always ready to help us. Our 2 br villa in front of the beach was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Nice place to stay with a tennis court. Great location.

We loved our visit to Ocean Club Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we loved having a full kitchen. All the rooms have a screen in porch with gliding doors to the room. You can walk out this way or through your room. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a door from the screened in porch that did not close tight. There are two pools, one close to the beach where kids were having fun and another close to our rooms that were hardly used. The beach is right there just steps from the restaurant. There were always lots of clean dry towels to use at the beach and pool. This resort is one of the last ones on Grace Bay Beach which makes it less crowded. I would say the only problem was that there are not enough chairs, loungers, and umbrellas on the beach. Guests would find a chair and put a towel on it and then leave for their room. This should not be allowed. You should only be allowed to claim a chair if you are going to be at the beach. The water is a beautiful turquoise blue and in December not as warm as I would expect, but definitely swimmable for a New Englander. Be aware that it gets deep fast and there is a bit of a surf. Lovely place, would definitely go back.

This property is way overpriced for what you get. The included restaurants and on-site store are also way overpriced. They did get money from us for this trip, but what they did not do is create repeat customers, as we will not return to this resort. The only remotely redeeming quality of this resort is the staff - very friendly and professional - though we rarely had any interaction with them. Save your money and choose a different resort.

Overall very happy. Clean beach, very fine white sand, quiet environment and generally polite staff. No sea weed. No loud music, especially on the beach and around unit. Definitely consider a return trip. Will rec to friends.

Overpriced. The hotel was nice, of course way more expensive for what it actually is. Restaurant is nice but super expensive- you need to spend money to be fed here. Beach is great. Two towels per guest but only if you show a pass. Spa is way, way overpriced for the service, and mediocre. I would've rated the property a little higher IF they had allowed us extra time at check out- we were delayed by a whole day at the airport, and the hotel offered absolutely NO consideration, or even commiseration. Who does that during the holiday season? They have no service to and from airport, would not let us check in or even camp out at reception- that didn't even enter their brains. So we slept on FEMA cots at the airport, while all around us people went to their hotels. Even Ritz offered us a "stress room rate." Such inhuman and non caring behavior from a hotel that charges well close to a thousand a night is unacceptable.

Great place. Very nice- not super fancy, but very nice. Our condo was renovated and having the space was great as was the ability to eat in if we wanted. Screened in balcony was fantastic. Food onsite was excellent. Had many different things and they were all great . Staff very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the outdoor firepit at night and bar availability. Little grocery shop onsite was convenient. Beachfront was amazing- always had chairs available. Amazing swimming area. Never felt crowded. Was helpful to have shuttle to ocean club west, though there were a few times it didn’t come and had to be called. But they did end up coming. Pool is not “ swanky” but it was clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel has everything you need. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Maybe a little dated but to me cleanliness is key and it was. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely go back and recommend it. The shuttle is a nice service and Ocean Club West is a minute walk from plenty of restaurants and shops

Ocean club east is a beautiful resort. We typically stay at west so I was a bit worried about the location, however the shuttle b/w east and west makes it effortless to get to the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view and it was a beautiful room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The beach is as stunning as always, the beach at west is a bit larger with regards to the amount of sand separating the water and the hotel. It is also more level at west. However, the water is just as beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs. We had dinner at Opus twice which was some of the best food we had. The beach bar also had great food, the live music was a nice touch in the evening as we could hear it from our balcony. The screened in balconies make it so that you can sit out and enjoy the beautiful view all day and night. I really do not have any complaints at all. The shuttle runs right from the morning, every 15 mins with the last shuttle departing west at 10:45pm. It was an absolutely beautiful stay, I would not think twice about returning to Ocean club east!

The property was beautifully landscaped, the units modern and well-kept and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The shuttle into town made trips into town very convenient. The food at the resort was very good, but like all the restaurants in Turks and Caicos very expensive.
