Room smelled like sour rags. I turned up the air conditioner full to try to make the smell manageable for when I returned to go to bed. Shower was dirty; stuff in the door frame. TV didn’t work. Staff was pleasant when I checked in.

Musty (moldy?) room filthy carpet. Smelled rotten Tried to cancel booking on the way to the property (hoped to continue on) and understand we were past the cancellation, but no, very rigid and quick to deny even though it was obvious that they could easily done so and likely would have re-booked room as property was sold out. Efficient check-in but zero personality Area around property was great for dog walking and felt safe

Only complaint was that the air conditioning wasn’t working (couldn’t get the room cooled lower than 73) and there was no continuous fan. There was a sign to sleep better in a cooler space? Couldn’t get it cooler
