The staff here were were friendly, but that’s probably the only positive I can say. The photos of this hotel make it seem comfortable, simple and inviting, where it really was not. The room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed and our bags. The sheets barely covered the bed and came off the mattress while we slept. The bed was hard as a rock. We didn’t get any soap to use in the bathroom when we washed our hands - we stayed for one night and didn’t even bother trying to use the shower so I can’t speak to that. The pool was in shambles and looked filthy. The worst part of all though, was that the door was made of slats of foggy glass, through which the incredibly bright hallway light shone through all night, with no way to block the light, and made us feel like we were in an asylum. All we needed was a place to sleep for one night…. But we had the absolute worst sleep here.

So the manager is kind of rude, he won’t accept that the hotel doesn’t work as it should. There’s no shampoo, nor an iron… anything I believe that someone went into my room and snooped into my stuff I couldn’t be more disappointed, it’s even expensive for what they give you for the money, not worth it at all!!! Remove the property from the platform

The front desk staff is very friendly , rooms are small but a great view of the atlixco town. Just as suggestion they should have soundproof in the room , because we hard some of the guest noise in the early morning .

Es buen lugar dentro de lo que cabe.
En general es un hotel que no es para personas exigentes, debido a que la cálidad y precio son acordes, es un hotel para mochileros y familias, cerca del centro en un lugar tranquilo, ojo las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero cómodas, el detalle fue el aroma a humedad en los blancos, el baño no cuenta con división en la regadera, y ojo el recepcionista es un señor serio pero tuvimos la fortuna de hablar con el y poco a poco mejora su actitud, no piensen que esta enojado, solo es serio, pero con gusto regresaríamos y más para ver a los gatos bellos que viven en la planta baja, les recomiendo el lugar principalmente mochileros y familias no tan exigentes.

El mantenimiento es inadecuado, faltan implenentos básicos como ganchos para ropa, portapapel de baño, toalla de manos. Tiene alberca pero con agua sucia, es evidente la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento.

Huele a orines, la habitación sucia, había demasiados gatos, el que cuida o no se quien sea nunca hablaba, nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel porque afuera de la habitación se hicieron del baño los animales y apestaba horrible todo
