Excelente ubicación, cerca de vías de transporte, centros comerciales y Universidades. El estacionamiento es una pesadilla, seguro la entrada y salida no cumplen con las normas es incluso peligroso y los empleados hacen como que no lo sabe. No me recibió el auto el Valet Parking. No logre abrir la puerta del gym.

Eviten el piso 8! Hay muchisimo ruido en la noche y amaneciendo por lo que acomodan del restaurante imposible dormir si les dan habitaciónen ese piso cambienla, un elevador no servia. El hotel esta en buenas condiciones y la atención del personal muy buena.

Es la segunda oportunidad que le damos a este hotel; pero no convence. Los colchones están aguados, como si tuvieran mucho uso. Solo servía un elevador en donde solo permiten 4 personas. Se imaginarán que época de vacaciones con un solo elevador, lo que nos tocaba esperar

Muchas situaciones que hicieron que mi estancia fuera muy incómoda. Respecto al personal de limpieza fue muy atento, amable y respetuoso conmigo. El personal de recepción de las dos personas que me atendió una fue muy déspota y la otra señorita fue muy amable. Tiene muchas cosas que hacen que sean casi nulas mis ganas de regresar en dado caso que lo tenga que hacer

Les falta personal, las instalaciones son para pocos huéspedes, nos toco lleno, por lo tanto eran insuficientes. Tenías que hacer fila para poder tomar el elevador. Por la noche madrugada algunos huéspedes llegaron tomados, no encontraban su habitación y andaban tocando en varias puertas, además de que pusieron a platicar que parecía que gritaban porque era de madrugada y se escuchaba más. Todavía algunas áreas no estaban terminadas por lo tanto durante el día se escuchaba el golpear el martillo, los ruidos propios de cuando se construye.
