Great environment

This place was one of the best stays if not the best I have ever had in Puerto Rico. The owner was hands-on and was a wonderful and nice woman. They were very accomodating when my friends asked for a different room. It was not expensive and she offered a light breakfast with coffee, juices, cereal, hardboiled eggs, and fresh fruit in the morning.

We loved our stay here! The pool is very nice - lots of chairs available. The room we had was huge with lots of windows facing the ocean. We loved the town.

First, I have to say Hannah, the property manager was excellent! She met us at our car rental place and led us to the property. This is important because you can't simply type in the address and have an accurate mapped driving direction there. She also had a bunch of great tips for us. After a few trips back and forth into town it's easy to find. The Villa has a perfect ocean view, from both the balcony and poolside patio. Honestly the pics don't do this place justice. There is plenty of space here for everyone to spread out. We traveled as a family of 5 but could have easily had 3-4 others join us. The pool was a perfect temp, not too warm or cool. The Villa was very clean, and the mini splits had it cool the whole time we were there. Beds were also very comfortable. The Wifi was good enough for us, we were able to work and stream video without any lag. The street to get there won't let the golf carts make it up there as the road is pretty steep leading up to the driveway. We rented a Bronco so it wasn't an issue. Having a washer and dryer was a great addition to this property, as was the grill. We cooked a lot while staying here. Everything you need you can find here. I absolutely, recommend staying here. 100%!!!!! This has been one of the most STUNNING properties I have stayed at and will remember it for years to come. We had a family trip and rented out the whole house for 14 people (ages 7-75). The house was even better than we expected. We loved the pool, the rooms, having separate apartments and everything about the house. The pool overlooking the ocean was an awesome place to hang out in the morning, afternoon, and at night (you could look out from the pool to the ocean and see crabs, little sharks, fish, and iguanas). We appreciated the separate apartments that were convenient yet provided privacy. We walked to the bars, restaurants and grocery stores in town and it was a great central location to access the Vieques Beaches and towns. Note that you will be in a neighborhood with a wide range of houses from high end to vacant, but we appreciated the diverse and integrated setting of the neighborhood and Vieques overall. The hosts and our local contact for the house were very responsive and helpful and the instructions they provided for check in and checkout made it an easy and efficient experience. If you are looking for perfection surrounded by luxury, this house and Vieques probably isn’t for you…but if you are looking for a great house in a beautiful setting on an island with a ton of charm and fantastic beaches, then we couldn’t more highly recommend this house and overall experience.

The house was very cozy and comfortable, and right on the beach! We will definitely be back in a year or two!
