Unfortunately, in case of heavy rain the elevators need to stop for safety reasons, making rentals in lower floors more desirable.

I have been an owner of another LP condo since 2006, and had the pleasure to stay at this condo when mine wasn't available. I was very impressed with all the contemporary upgrades of the kitchen, bathroom, etc. It was perfect for the short time we were able to enjoy it!

Clean, fully stocked and right next to everything. Loved that I could walk out the patio door was immediately at the pool bar or beach and could walk out the front door and the stairs/elevator to the garage were right there. With some of these places. You spend soooo much time getting to and from your room. This one is in the perfect location

We loved the condo so much. It was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed. The convenience of being ground floor with being just a few steps from the beach and pool was amazinggggg. not needing to walk around the buildings to get to the stairs/elevator was life changing!
