Great Lovation
Enjoyed our 5 days in this room very nice features and access to the pool. Overall great stay. I will say that the resort has a no shirt policy for men in the pool regardless if it’s swim attire. Which we thought was odd. They were enforcing it everyday we were there.

We booked our stay for my husbands Birthday weekend. The property and location did not disappoint. Very cute, clean up to date condo. We will book here again. Hopefully in the near future. We already miss being in Rocky Point.

Perfect condo
We have stayed in Rocky Point for many years and have stayed in just about ever resort. We have always loved the Princessa for location and amenities. Scott's condo has by far been the best!!! Location/access to beach was perfect and the condo was nicely upgraded with everything you would need. Only one down fall was not being able to enjoy the beautiful condo in the afternoon due to lack of shade, but those sunsets were amazing. We would?will be staying here again!!

Best condo we’ve stayed at in a while! Nicely upgraded and very comfortable. Condo was very quiet, A/C is upgraded and works well. Unit is right next to the pool with the swim up bar and has close beach access. Will be staying in this unit gain!

This was our first time in Rocky Point and the fact that we chose this condo was the perfect combination! The location was just awesome! All we had to do was just walk to the beach. We defineltely recommend this beautiful clean condo!

Great place!
My husband, 3 boys and I stayed here and it was perfect. It was really nice being so close to the pool on the ground level. Ive been to Rocky Point 5+ times and this is my favorite place we've stayed. Perfect location. Check in/out was really simple. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location
We have stayed here at this resort multiple times but this has been the nicest room we’ve stayed in. It was so nice, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect! You have a beautiful view to the beach and the pool. We had our grandma staying here and it was great for her too as she didn’t need to go up and down any stairs. The owner was super nice and very responsive through the entire stay. We will absolutely be renting here again. Highly recommend this room!

Highly recommend!
Two night stay with my adult son during our Rocky Point adventure. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location by the pools/ocean. Did not use the kitchen but is adequately stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Fitness center was great. Outdoor seating area was lovely. Will be back!

Taste of Paradise!
We have been going to the Princessa Resort for the last 8 years. This has been our favorite unit to stay in by far! Scott checked in on us to make sure everything went well with check in and said to call if we needed anything. The remodel was absolutely beautiful. I loved the rustic meets island decor. The beds were very comfortable. The most important thing to my husband is the bed. He was very happy with it. The outside furniture was one of my favorite features. It was so comfortable and relaxing. It was where I would be every evening/night reading my book. We also had a great view of the moon above the water. Appliances were newer and in great shape. We had a good supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap which was an added bonus. All around perfect stay. Will definitely be staying in this unit again!! Thank you!

La Princesa de Peñasco was easy to find and is a prime location. The condo was clean and offered easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the property, not only was the food good but the staff members there are so friendly and so much fun. They make you feel welcome and like ole friends. I’ve been staying at the Princesa for years but this is my first time staying in E104. I highly recommend this condo. Overall I rate it a 10 out of 10! 👍

Gorgeous Condo, the area was less to be desired
The condo itself is gorgeous with many wonderful upgrades! The pictures and description are spot on. There was a few large sewer roaches in the condo and that was disgusting but I called Scott and he was very quick with contacting his help and they came and sprayed the house and we did not have any more problems with roaches. The condo so close to the beach and that is where we spent all of our time! It is also just a few steps from a beautiful pool and I was hoping we would be able to enjoy it more. The problem with the pool is that I felt like I was watching a live adult film being made with senior citizens. There was so much inappropriate PDA from a group of elders at the pool. It was rather disgusting to watch. I attempted to take my teenage daughters to the pool but we were all repulsed watching all of these 60+ year olds acting worse then teenagers. The other issue was the people above the condo were extremely loud during quiet hours. I would hear them shouting or talking and it sounded like they were rearranging there furniture every night from midnight until 4am. I actually went up stairs to attempt to ask them to be quiet so we could sleep but when I was outside the door all I heard was very loud talking or yelling in Spanish so I just went back to the condo and stuffed toilet paper in my ears. I do not believe Rocky Point a place I would ever chose to visit again. If this condo was in another state with a beach I would rent it again in a heartbeat! If you like Rock Point then this would be a great place for you.
