That the members bar were well stacked....None members couldn't buy any liquor....why??? l am willing to pay....also the Wi.fi cost was over priced....The majority of the place was in renovation...so heavy operating machinery,, was loud..

The resort was amazing. The staff was helpful. I had a problem with my room and the staff was able to help me. He changed my room and I enjoyed the rest of my vacation.

Poor Reservation Experience
When I made the reservation, there was a button indicating adults and children. In the children's section, it states ages 1 to 17 years. My daughter is 13, so I reserved under that category. However, when I arrived at the reception, they told me that it was reserved for a child under 3 years old, and that if I didn’t pay, my daughter couldn’t enter. Under those conditions, it felt like a scam. It was super frustrating! In the end, they didn’t care, and it was made clear that if I didn’t pay, my daughter wouldn’t be allowed in, so I had to pay, as they just didn’t understand reason—seemed like robots! The internet you get for 1 hour is terrible; you can’t use anything! The VIP beach area is very nice, and the staff are very friendly; it’s the best place to relax. But due to this misunderstanding, I wouldn’t recommend it, since you end up paying extra.

This property does not tell you are the areas that are under construction. So most of everything that is happening is in two different places. So staff are rude. There’s a lot of miscommunication. Staff in the dining areas are wonderful as well as staff at the bars. Not too much of a night life if you are looking for one. Companies who are trying to sale things are harassing you most times. It feels like a tug a war. Services on the beach that are locals are not great like for example the henna paid 40 dollars and it came off in an hour. ATVs were okay.

This is my fourth time at this property. This time I’m giving only 3 stars for being discriminated for having a child with me. Hotel has only 3 pools for people with children and about 20 for adults only. This time hotel would not allow us even to lay on the lounge chair near Adults only Pool. Children pool is not safe for little children since teenagers play basketball and volleyball there non stop and could injure the child. Lifestyles should really rethink this policy or to go adults only. There is no entertainment for children. A lot of entertainment for drunk adults though.

Apartments are big but everything is far and little complicated to navigate to no bar or restaurant on site and the pool on site needs maintenance not the best look for a place so call 5 Star people insist to much on sealing you vacation packages to the point that is uncomfortable and aggravating food could be better not what I was expecting at all basically is only 5 Star if you become a club member

Should have paid more for a better resort
We got 2 rooms and both had the shower glass cracked. The guy that took us to the breakfast buffet in the morning dropped us off without prior notice to a tour of hotel where they get you to try to buy like a time share. To top it off all the restaurants and buffet are very far from our room and had to take over 45 min to have their shuttle take us . The shuttle was tiny and therefore sometimes we had to wait for 3 to come by before we were able to get in one. Most shuttles had no air and were hot.

I did not like that the personnel at the resort tells you that your bracelet qualifies you to an area and when you show at the area you not welcome. It was embarrassing when you arrive at the place with 11 people, and all the excuses that they give you is that they where sorry for the mistake
