The Senator is a dream resort for families and couples. Excellent dining options. Never were we disappointed with the food. Daily cleaning was so nice as well since it came as a surprise to us… coming back to a freshly made bed is heaven. The staff are wonderful! Unfortunately we only had 3 full days and it was overcast/rainy for 2 of them but what a dream to just sit with your slider doors open and listen to the rain while laying in bed and relaxing. The beach and the property are so well maintained and beautiful it’s hard to go anywhere in this resort and not find a place to relax, eat, drink, or take a nice photo. Second time back with boyfriend (first time was with my family). There were power outages the last day we were there but ONLY at night time and they lasted a few seconds. This was also during VERY heavy rain. It did not impact our trip or the experience what so ever. Also the spa!! Another review is needed for that one! The staff at Senzia were amazing, as well! 10/10

This is my second time coming to this resort, the first time was simply amazing! But man oh man things have changed for the absolute worst! They serve the same crappy food every single day they only prioritize the vip clients. My first was in 2019 they served good LQ and different variety of food and the rooms were a1, but now unless you are vip get ready to have a horrible time! I Will never bring my family to this greedy resort again save your Money or go else where I hear iberostar is great. Oh I forgot how they tried to shove this vip status on us for an absolute ridiculous price. For some service that was just the normal back in 2019!
