We stayed 4 nights in an ocean view room on the 4th floor. It was decent. Nothing fancy but clean and a place to sleep. Beds were decent, I have slept on way worse in Mexico. 3 big downfalls to the room, no screens on the patio doors, no mini fridges (We had to buy a cooler to keep drinks and snacks cold. I know they have suites but that’s pointless for us as we prefer to eat out. ) and no real partition between your patios. They are separated by a pony wall and the reason this sucks is I highly suspect my navy blue swim skirt was lifted off our patio by the guest next door. Weird that everything else we put out to dry that night was there in the morning except that skirt. No one in our room but us, no housekeeping was done in the time it was there either, so I suspect sadly, it was our neighbors. So a partition of some sort would help deter that behavior in the future. All in all it was a great spot and we would for sure stay again!

The hotel is in the perfect spot right near the beach and close to town. The pool and beach have plenty of space. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom in the hotel room was a little outdated. However, it was clean. Overall this is a great choice if you're looking for a hotel in PV.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location — you’re close to everything. Most of the staff are friendly, but I found the reception team inconsistent. I asked the male receptionist for a 1-hour late checkout and he said it was not possible. Later, I asked the female receptionist the same question, and she said yes, it was possible. The room size was good, and when I noticed one of the windows wasn’t locking properly, they sent someone to fix it. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, which I really appreciated. There is also a small local kitchen/café only about 50 meters from the hotel that serves coffee, fresh juices, and sandwiches — highly recommended! One improvement I would suggest is adding a mini-fridge or minibar in the rooms. Having cold drinks at night would be very helpful. Overall, a good stay with an excellent location.

Great location, although a 3 star that could very easily be a 4 star with a few more room amenities (i.e. daily water, coffee machine, etc. at the same great price, or slightly more. Keep it affordable for locals. 9 years and love the spot.

Our first room was not as expected. . We had no hot water and the shower had black mold. This was not our typical experience with a superior room at the hotel snd we have stayed there many many times.
