We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, always making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. One of our favorite parts was the easy beach access — such a beautiful and relaxing spot — along with the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding during the day. Highly recommend!

Ana on the front desk was amazing, she changed our room for us the second day as we were NOT happy with the first room after vacationing there 5 different times!! Meracel on the front desk let us use her personal phone to make an emergency collect call out of Mexico as our Roaming wasn't working, amazing staff, thanks so much!

My room was very clean and housekeeping was great. The front desk clerk that I had should retire. She was rude and not helpful. We had all of our meals off sight so we could experience the culture. You only get water the first day in your room then it’s up to you to buy it. If you want ice you have to go to the bar and expect attitude!!

All staff were pleasant. The room was clean. The hotel and it's surrounding was mostly quiet, making for good nights sleep.The pools were great for swimming. The downside, there are no kitchen facilities, like a kettle etc in the rooms (unless you reserve a kitchen unit) and the cleaners had to keep up with the bird population and their droppings.
