Where do I start?….The pool is very very dirty! I actually believe that I got a virus or bacteria from it…The property is quite run down overall. broken stairs and flooring …unlevel flooring and toilets in the room…mold on the bathroom wall..

Fantastic location on the beach and in PV! We enjoyed a palapa every day and walking to many great restaurants. Hotel itself is older and dated. Poor water temperature and pressure with the shower.

La propiedad está en buen estado y la vista desde las habitaciones es bellísima. Lo único que malo es que no respetaron mi reservación. Reservé un cuarto superior “dos camas matrimoniales” vista parcial al mar y cuando llegamos mi hija y yo, nos dijeron que solo tenían un cuarto con vista al mar, cama king size. Les dije que yo había reservado la de dos camas y solo me dijeron que solo tenían la opción de la cama king size o si quería el chato con dos camas me lo podían dar pero sin vista al mar. Por favor Sra. “Cornejo” dueña del hotel, debería de pedir a sus empleados que respeten las reservaciones, especialmente cuando son mujeres solas.

The check in took a little longer than specked , not many front desk attendees, the rooms don’t have furniture to put you clothing just one big closet with hangers, our main door had a crack on it. This hotel has a great location and nice swimming pool and very convenient accese to the beach just few steps away.. but I think they need to invest in remodel the rooms!!

The hotel is one of the oldest Puerto Vallarta, but it has been renovated, has great swimming pools and it's next to the beach, with umbrellas and beach chairs. The restaurant has great food and overall is great location in the heart of the romantic zone.
