The property needs serious upgrades and needs more dining options with Great food. The pools were dirty and the coffee shop needs better coffee and staff training on how to make coffee. Very disappointed will not be returning. We were willing to pay for early checkin since we arrived at 8am and they were not at all accommodating. We had to wait for our room until 3 pm. We were on no sleep from catching the red eye.

My shower was not working, the security lack was not working. One of the restaurants was closed. The only buffet restaurant served same food every single day. Looked like the left over food from previous day was being used. No drinks menu. The entertainment was very low quality. I will not recommend anyone or come back to this property.

Good but step up in specific restaurants
Overall a very nice experience. Only thing I would add is that the national restaurants, like 'Italian', 'Asian', etc ought to have chefs that have knowledge in cooking that type of food.

I thought the property itself was great. It was beautiful, the beach was great and the views were awesome. The room was nice and comfortable. It could have used two chairs instead of one. Not sure why there was a window in the shower to the main room. I thought the food was average at best. Some good items in the buffet but generally most of the dishers were average or below. The best food was at the hut outside near the pool. Some of the things they had like the Ahi bowl were outstanding. The entertainment at night was average.
