The little rooftop pool is pretty cool. Excellent location, only a few blocks from the beach and boat tours. Many nearby, reasonably priced restaurants. Ultra handy convenience store, right across the street. The famous Pancake House is only a couple of blocks away! The Best thing - was ALL the very friendly and helpful Staff.

Mostly i loved the pool and the little breakfast cafe beside the pool, the cook was very friendly, happy and accommodating, she prepared specific breakfast foods per my request and didnt hesitate to ask if there was anything else she could do for me. I loved staying here because you could walk out the front door and there were any number of nite clubs, taco standsand a pharmacy near by with an ATM machine for instant cash. I would love to stay for a month or maybe 2, but no one was available to help me to arrange for an extended stay. When finally, on the daybi was leaving, i did speak with someone who had some information about an extended stay but she was unsure of the price, the availability and if there was a smaller suite available. So unfortunately i had to book an apartment at Casa Rey Sol in Vallarta by the Marina and i would really have preferred to stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable room and property was nice and clean .construction in the area easy access to cabs, buses . Staff were so friendly and gave us great tops for dining and hair care along with best nail salon. Definitely recommend this hotel centrally located

We stayed here for our anniversary and when we arrived they had put rose petals and candles in our room with a note wishing us a great anniversary. The staff paid attention to what we liked even down to our love of 80's music. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Pueblilto Vallarta was an affordable an excellent place for our vacation. The staff is remarkable polite and helpful. I must mention Ninpha who kindly provided details about commuting in the city and suggested places to visit and recommend a list of good restaurants. Ninpha speaks English and Spanish fluently. I also mention Victor who was very kind and helpful to answer all my questions. He helped me to take some wet clothes I washed in the washroom to get them dry on the roof of the building. I highly recommend this hotel and Puerto Vallarta for a colorful and happy vacation.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars & clubs. Staffs are nice and friendly About the room, the curtains do not block sunlight, if you need to sleep without distraction, better bring blindfolds, besides that i was staying on 3rd floor but due to traffics, you can hear a lot of noises outside the room, so bring ear plugs. Shower is alright, it takes a while to have some warm water running.

1st room we got had no ventilation not even in the washroom so we asked if there was another option and they moved us to a better room. Very friendly staff and good location. Clean overall and just a bit noisy.
