The Adult Only section was where I stayed, ocean facing suits; beautiful. Small print rules are a bit much. No outside guests allowed in your room. Any ‘stains’ you will be billed for, sheets or towels; anything broken you buy; don’t get in the elevator if you have wet feet or sand from the beach, no outside drinks or food outside your room; you can’t even bring your own bottle water or pop down to the beach while sitting on their chairs; and you must spend a minimum of $20 to sit in their chairs. Shower gel was empty on check-in; 2 am was too late to ask for more. Asked the next day and staff come with 6 packets of this bathroom hand soap not the shower gel I had requested. Good grief. Ordered a hamburger on the beach and the waiter asked me if I wanted it rare, medium rare medium or well done. I chose well done and it came raw in the middle. Staff took it back twice due and the second time I asked he not make a third time. Ordered a coke with it and had to remind the waiter long afterwards. The manager listened when I complained about it when I got the bill and they hadn’t even discounted it even a little bit. Not to make waves I said that’s fine just letting you know it wasn’t cooked. He then took a small amount off the bill for it. Little did I know, the bill went through at the original amount. I will file a dispute with Visa when I get the bill. Staff/manager said we couldn’t have bottle water or pop on the beach if it wasn’t from their hotel; but allowed local to do it

This hotel is located near everything. Hotel smells like mold and has mold spots on ceilings. Two days into trip, they decided to paint the ceiling!! The adult side pool was amazing and the view is beautiful! The only plus about this hotel is location, view, adult pool! Even with this beautiful view, I’d stay somewhere else next time.

When I checked in they tried to put me in a room on the lobby level that didn’t look like what was advertised. It had stained furniture and was load. After asking for another room. They moved me to a room on the 4th floor that looked like what was advertised. With in an hour the ac stopped. They sent a maintenance man to check it out. He literally just kept flicking the switches back and forth for ten minutes. Finally he got it to come back on low. And said not to touch the control switch. The second day I was taking a shower and the water shut off. Housekeeping found someone to turn it back on. Brown water started coming out and cleared up eventually. Great location and clean but over priced.

Great location amazing property and friendly staff
We stayed at the Vista Pier adult only part of the hotel and it was amazing!!! Ocean front with large balcony views of the Pier and stunning PV sunsets breathtaking from our bed. The hotel is brand new. We had Nepresso coffee maker in the room with 2 capsules a day and 2 waters a day and a fridge. The hotel is part of Delphin but it has an adult only restaurant which we didn’t go to. We visited the all you can eat but the food looked awful. The check in area is a large room with free coffee, tea, juice and pastries throughout the daytime. There is isn’t a public area to hang out which was fine cuz when we weren’t in our room we were at the local restaurants on the beach with our feet in the sand or taking a boat ride to Yelapa or taking the hop on hope off bus ride. The hotel is located right in the center of Zona romantica which is vibrant and busy and noisy yet the hotel and pool is quiet. The staff there was amazing and friendly and very helpful - we would for sure go there again and recommend it to others - it was perfect! Pictures were the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor!

Stay on the adult side of the hotel.
I stayed in the adults only side of the hotel. It was great. I would not recommend the family side. It is very run down. I would not recommend the all inclusive the food is horrible. The restaurant you pay for has great food. The hotel staff we all friendly and helpful. All the way up to the manager. The adult side is remodeled and has WiFi in all the rooms along with an ocean view.
