The hotel now caters to a local family crowd. The pool was crowded and noisy. Music was blasted so loud that I couldn't even hear sound coming from my iPhone connected to my bluetooth hearing pods. Staff played children games that restricted use of parts of the pool. I've stayed at this hotel probably 20-25 times before. I will never be back. Concierge ignored requests for services and didn't know about eating arrangements available at the hotel.

The low rating for this property is only because of the friday and saturday night parties that go on past midnight, pulsating loud music. Even my friends on the highest floor were unable to sleep. The property itself is very nice, the beach is not the best.

Good location for where we wanted to go, all staff were very pleasant. Had a rocky start where the room hadnt been cleaned and our door lock broke. They quickly organised a new room which was appreciated. Amenities were nice, plenty of pool space. Some strict rules on not holding onto to pool lounges if not using which is great and should be enforced elsewhere too
