We stayed foe a week and enjoyed it. The food options are well above average at each restaurant and the Fresca Cafe was awesome for snacka, treats and light breakfast. Shout out to Gabriel for great poolside service and care and to Alex, for making great pizzas and conversations. Be aware that all rooms are connected, ao if your neighbors are loud, it will suck. Also, they only serve 2 beers, which is really bad and should change.

Property is average staff is very friendly and tentative food and drinks are decent our room is very nice with a beautiful view after checking out we had a few hours to kill for our plane It was after 12:00 and they charged this for lunch 😤 probably would not come back or recommend PS The only bar they have is in the pool and in the lobby and the lobby bar does not open till 5:00 p.m.

Loved the friendliness of all the staff, especially Raul instructing aquarobics and Gabriel our pool waiter. The ONLY critique I will make is the timeshare purchase push, even though we made it quite clear we weren’t interested, the lady didn’t stop. Overall a great experience and we will be back.

The property was beautiful, loved the ocean view from my big balcony. Pools and jaccuzies were great. Beach area was beautiful too. Gym was great. What was really bad is the construction noise from the expansion. It really ruined the quiet vibe amd.enjoying the ocean sound. This should have been mentioned on expedia like other resorts that are expanding do. Margharitas were sensatiinal But not all bartenders are consistent. Jaccuzi was not warm enough during chilly days. It would be nice to have it a bit warmer. Also would be nice to have the jaccuzi open past 9 pm, it would be a majestic activity to chill by the jaccuzi at night. The food was good with decent variety, only problem is that it didnt seem authentic mexican even when ordering mexican courses. I think the resort is international food focused. Some items were hit or miss. Burgers and hot dogs came with a side of wedges not fries. I loved having a 24/7 cafe that served food items too at all times. Room service is great they brought food within 20 mns.it great to experience having a romantic dinner with my wife at our honeymoon in the balcony. One thing i found weird tho is that room service refused to provide water only unless you order food with it. Also i hated that they repeated the exact same playlist at the pool everyday. I memorized it and got bored of it.

Sunset Plaza was an alternative cheaper option to stay at PV. I loved that it was in the hotel zone and only 10 minutes away from the airport. They are currently doing construction to expand, did not disturb my stay and maybe one day I’ll come back to see. I wish they had more food options, they pretty much only have a small store, a pizzeria and two restaurants that end up alternating the menu. One slightly annoyance was the need to have to make a reservation for the “fancy” restaurant that night. I was able to make a reservation, walked over but then was asked if I had other shoes that were not flip flops after I was already sitting down. No one had mentioned a dress code before or after getting there, so being asked once we were already seated was quite annoying. Mind you I was an all inclusive customer so everything would be covered already so what difference would it make what shoes I had on? Also, it’s a resort in PV where people are on vacation walking around in bathing suits! Just a weird interaction to have when ultimately we were able to stay and eat. Besides that one waiter, everyone else was kind, caring and attentive. Front desk were super helpful and constantly checking in when we walked back. I went with son, we didn’t leave the resort and only stayed for 3 days. It would have been nice to have more entertainment for customers who chose to stay on site.

Pools are very small.QR codes were not on the room card holder we received and experienced attitude from staff when we went downstairs from our room to ask for a room service menu and were shown a card holder with QR codes, we asked if we could have that card and were told NO. We went upstairs to get our card holder and went back down to show that it did not contain QR codes and then were reluctantly given the card with the codes (with no apology).
