Staff were so polite and nice. I liked the cleanliness. Food and environment were so good. I loved the breakfast menu. I enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. The amenities were excellent. The shopping mall was right next to the hotel. It was very close to the airport! I was so happy to pick this hotel. I hope the constructions get done not so long, so we can comeback again! Thank you

Absolutely the best vacation i have been on un decades!!!! So easy, so nice, Absolutely perfect service... melany at the frint was the best, other amazing staff.. at the bar Cesar, Rafael and others that i dont remember name. Daniel was an amazing beach waiter. $5 cab ride to downtown P.V..... i so needed this vacation and i can not find ine bad thing to say. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VACATION EXPERIENCE WITH 5 STAR AMENITIES AND SERVICE!!!!!!! I will becoming back here for every single vacation until i die. 100!!

The room was dated but the food, staff and amenities made up for it. Great service and they had theme nights with entertainment. It was fabulous!! We got the All Inclusive package and it was well worth it.

Smallish resort, but has everything you need for a good time and so close to the airport. We got upgraded which was so nice. They have their own beach area, loved that. Felt safe at all times and staff was very friendly, wish it did have a swim up bar, but that’s really the only complain!

My husband and I went to Villa Del Palmar for the first time and absolutely loved it! The staff was so helpful and kind. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed our aquarobics classes. It really did feel like home away from home!! We are definitely coming back!
