This hotel does not keep track of Expedia reservations. We arrived, in a remote place we'd never been before, to be told the hotel had no rcord of our reservation. They asked for proof and we gave them everything we had, it should have been more than enough, but the guy working the desk didn't seem to think so despite taking photos of all my documentation, something I consented to but was very uncomfortable with. finally the guy acted like he was being charitable with us and said we could stay the night and we'd figure it out the next morning. They put us in the worst room they had, not the one we reserved with Expedia, a double bed room. It was in the center of all the staff work stations- very loud from very early in the morning to 9pm. The next day the front desk person told us that they had found our reservation but had double booked it because they had failed to keep our room reserved. We'd have to stay in the one they'd put us in until half way through our stay. The day before we were due to check out, this same guy, a manager I think, basically told us we'd have to leave by 9am instead of noon because he had other people checking into the room that day. We paid in full and we should have flat out refused but he took advantage of us a vulnerable travelers who started out "without a reservation." Expedia needs to improve its lines of communication with remote hotels. I doubt we'll book with them again and we don't recommend this hotel.
