Explore the surrounding area and plan excursions, e.g. to the Thayatal National Park in the nearby border region with the Czech Republic, where you can go on wonderful hikes and bike tours and enjoy the beauty of nature. You can also take a trip on the nostalgic Reblausexpreß to the historic town of Drosendorf in the Waldviertel or discover one of the largest wine cellars in Central Europe in nearby Retz. Here you will also find Austria's last remaining original and operational windmill. You can also plan a day trip to the Austrian capital Vienna and return with many impressions and experiences.
