"I wouldn't stay here again, when they checked in, they offered an update for a fee at a complex closer to the beach, but they didn't communicate the disadvantages, one including that you can't eat the restaurants at all in the other resorts and when 2 of my friends upgraded, there room AC stopped working and the power went off. only good thing about the resort was aome of the bartenders were there to serve us and make sure our experience at the bar was one to remember and the parties were good and the white party and silent disco was my favorite.

The staff was the rudest people I ever met. Maybe if I was African American, like your staff proved to prefer over white Americans, I would have had a better time. It was absolutely insane that you treated me like that. Staff avoided us at the buffet all the time. Your staff wanted to party and have fun, not to work. It was very upsetting, but I definitely will never visit the Dominican Republic again.

The entertainment team (Ledi, Yudania, Jose, Gabriel, Obleni, Isaac, Carlos, Luis, and Richard) is absolutely amazing. They really made our stay and made a difference. Even though the food wasn't top notch and there is no straight access to the beach, the entertainment team made us overlook these details. They have such a great chemistry as a team and I hope they stay in the same format so that we get to spend time with them again when we get back.

Water/beach was amazing, no seaweed. Staff is always happy and extremely helpful, very professional. Food is ok, some restaurants are good. Room needs an UPGRADE, it’s a moldy smell. Towels with stains/holes.

I had a great time; Entertainment team Ledy,Gabriel,Luis, Issac, José, Yudania, Oblenny, Carlos,Richard, DJs, & SPA Catalina/Irene, Bar team, they were great. They make sure you are enjoying yourself & having a great time. In the buffet salon, I would suggest expanding the food variety, especially at diner time. The buffet personnel were very nice , aware of your surroundings/needs, my thanks to each one of them.

The hotel I stayed at was good. I feel like it just needed an upgrade with the dining choices. It wasn’t different varieties to eat from at the buffets and then when you schedule a dinner appointment the food wasn’t tastful
