Probar suites was beyond our expectations. The room & facilities were all great. Breakfast options were also good, loved the fresh juice offered with breakfast. The staff is great & would immediately respond to our requests. A special thanks to Diana & the rest of the staff who were very helpful. The pool is also large & the overall setup of the hotel is admirable. Just a quick note that although it’s very close to Downtown Punta Cana, it’s not walkable due to the highway. However it’s very easy to take an Uber ride which costs $3-4 to downtown.

The property was really well equipped, and staff were really friendly. The room was neat and tidy, however did smell of cigarette smoke. The rooms were large and had all the amenities. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was of a lower standard to the rest of the room, but for the price the state was not unreasonable. The only challenge we had with this property was that Uber and taxi drivers kept getting lost when trying to find the property, this is because many of the roadways to the property are new and not properly mapped, this was a challenge for us when we didn't have a strong Spanish vocab and struggled to reroute drivers or explain why they shouldn't go the way the maps were directing them.

A True Gem in Punta Cana
Wow, where do I even begin? Probar Suites inside the Faranda 1 building in Punta Cana completely exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism that it felt like I was staying with close friends and family—but in the best possible way. The staff here are truly the stars of the experience. Francesca went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always attentive and thoughtful. Jade was incredible as well, constantly checking in and even offering to take me to their sister beach property so I could enjoy the beach and their bar. That level of care is something you don’t find often. On my last day, I had the pleasure of meeting Melinda, who was not only a fantastic bartender but also a genuinely kind person who added a perfect ending to my stay. The rooms? Absolutely stunning. They are beautifully designed, with a modern kitchen featuring a cooktop and refrigerator, making Probar Suites an excellent choice for longer stays as well. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities truly impressed me. Lastly, the location is ideal—close to downtown Punta Cana and everything you could need while still offering a peaceful retreat. This place has officially won me over as a lifelong customer. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Probar Suites to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Punta Cana. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

Mon séjour dans cet hébergement a été globalement agréable. Les travaux en cours rendaient le chemin pour sortir de l'hôtel un peu dangereux, et un bon nettoyage de la poussière serait bien. En plus, on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine, car elle était ouverte seulement de 07h à 12h. À part ça, tout était parfait et j'ai vraiment passé un bon moment !
