What I enjoyed about the property was the beach, pool, and the Koi restaurant. The piano bar was nice but unfortunately their only entertainment.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice. However I was getting married and had a few people joining us, I had called weeks in advance to guarantee rooms close together or even on the same floor as I know it’s based on available the representative told me they would at least put us on the same floor. But to our surprise not even two rooms were on the same floor, I understand again it’s based on availability but not even two rooms?? We were traveling with elders and needed to be close in case of an emergency. Very disappointing. Apart from that they charged us $200 for amenities but the pool was closed…. Don’t understand why they would charge for something that is closed??? And the electors were EXTREMELY SLOW. You could be waiting for an elevator for 15-20 mins. We had to ride the elevator up and then attempt to go down to be able to catch one.

The property was beautiful. It was east to naviagate. Food was decent. Our only downfall was the lack of daytime entertainment. We would have one game in the morning and we were suppose to have Pool Volleyball every afternoon. Did not show up some days. The other games that were on the daily activities rarely happened. We like games. Therefore, we would not return to this property.

Catamaran and all sports kayaking, paddle boarding happening where people swim. Catamaran came 5 inches from my head almost hitting me. Paddle boarder fell on toddler and cried. Surfing kite fell hard in front of a guy and he yelled. I complained twice and nothing ever happened. Told me it’s a private company and they are on public beach. Nice answer no?

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Serenade - All Adult resort. The room was just what we expected - well appointed and spacious. We were offered an upgrade but we declined because we wanted to stay on the quieter garden view side and not the noisier pool side. Ask for a room on the 4th floor. We had a 180 degree view that included ocean (and sunset) views. It was spectacular! We enjoyed the evening entertainment offered on the family side. It was also nice to walk around the family side. Wish we could have eaten at a few of the family side restaurants. They have a Mediterranean restaurant that I really wanted to try. They are in the process of building another resort beside the family side and might pressure in attending their special breakfast in order to sell you on it. We declined the breakfast and they left us alone after that. We also had good service with the gal who books excursions - she understood what we were looking for and suggested a few options which we went on and really enjoyed them.

The property was clean and modern. Offered many options dining wise. I had one issue with a staff member who was unprofessional however she was spoken to once I made that incident known to people above her pay rate. But overall a great experience. I will definitely come back.
