Cayuga review
This hotel is the only one to stay in if you have to go to Puntarenas. The town is rundown and dirty with nothing to offer. However this hotel was a life saver! Nice pool and modern with on site restaurant and bar. Small rooms though but manageable.

El hotel es excelente, con instalaciones modernas y muy bien cuidadas que invitan al descanso y la relajación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, perfectas para una estancia placentera. My husband and i stayed for 4 nights. The hotel staff especially the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. We set up our tours and taxi's, it went flawless!! I have limited mobility so he made it so easy. Gave us great places to eat, helped us to find great aces to eat. Highly recommend.

Puntarenas Costa Rica very nice hotel
The hotel is in town, close walk to the beach. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pool area very nice. Our first time to Puntarenas Costa Rica and the hotel is perfect.

Poor Accommadation
Considering the money we were charged to stay here I expected a lot better. Advertised WIFI Smart TVs and Cable channels. Wifi hit and miss cable kept dropping out as did the TV. Complained to reception and Josephine ( who clearly doesn't like foreigners) was NOT helpful. She also took offence when I asked her if she could speak english. Why work in a hotel reception. Not interested in TV problem just walked out of room when she realsied it was faulty. We asked if we could talk to a manager, but she said no we dont have one until 9am tomorrow. Also again simple things like tea coffee in the room or bar fridge nothing. Everything is all extra charges. Breakfast the following morning was same food served out cold eggs etc orange juice same powdered cordial. For a $100 a night I expected a lot better. Walls in room 123 were all stained and damp.
