Woodcroft is a beautiful little 60's chalet style house in the middle of the lower village. Perfect for the beach, village pub, or just sitting on the deck taking in the magnificent views over Cardigan bay. Bedding - Duvets, sheets pillows etc are all provided. There are towels provided but not beach towels etc.
The property is available for weekly bookings starting on a Friday.
Room layout
The cottage has two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds.
The simple small kitchen has all you need including a gas cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Combination microwave oven, Tassimo Coffee maker, and all you need to cook for the family. There is also a washing machine with a tumble drier in the utility room.
The bathroom has a good sized corner bath with electric shower over it toilet and washbasin. All the instant hot water you can use from a combi boiler.
The living room features walls covered in original artwork collected over many years and comfy seating for everyone. There is a fold out dining table by the sliding patio doors with seating for 4, opening out onto a very sheltered terrace with great sunrise views. There is an open fire for the occasional cold evening at the end of the season, a 50 inch smart TV with a large selection of films and a few board games for rainy days.Music is taken care of by a Sonos speaker system throughout the house.
I do not provide facilities for babies but you are welcome to bring whatever you need for them.
Fibre, High speed internet is available throughout the house.
Outside
At the front there is ample off street parking for 2 cars. The house is then accessed up a path alongside the front garden. There is a sunny decking area ideal for outdoor lunches. At the front of the house is a paced terrace and large sliding patio doors into the living room.

Woodcroft may not be the most super modern trendy holiday cottage, but it is jam packed with character and in the perfect location in Llanbedrog with stunning views over Cardigan bay and of the mountains in the distance.

The mouth watering Beach Cafe does everything from ice creams to hearty breakfasts. It also has a bar for quiet evening drinks.
One of Wales’ finest art galleries, Oriel Plas Glyn Y Weddw, is on the way to the beach.
Direct access to beautiful walks over Llanbedrog headland and beyond.
An excellent local shop with all you need is 2 mins walk away.
You could easily spend the week here and not get in your car!
