The family house is surrounded by a large garden very well followed by the owners. The entrance room is furnished with a dining table for 4 people, reading area and TV, Wifi. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, including dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is in a room outside the room of the house. A large veranda is definitely the highlight of the house. Furnished with a table for 8 and sun-loungers. Here you can cook on the barbeque and eat outside under the pergola. The house is air conditioned. The bedroom on the ground floor opens onto the garden and is fully illuminated by a large window and a glass door. The second bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase and is located on the floor above-high. The rooms are fully furnished to give maximum comfort.

The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden and greenfull. In the living room there's a table for four people, TV and WiFi. The kitchen is well equiped and includes a dishwasher machine. There are two main bedrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) and a bathroom with the shower. The washing machine is on the outside. The most stunning part of the house is the porch on the garden where you can relax, cooking with the barbeque and enjoy the sun. The air conditioning is too Shops provide.

Great villa
We had a lovely stay in Villa Anita.The owners were very polite,friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our requests.The villa is spacious,clean,well equipped and there were also some children’s toys available.The garden is enormous with many different plants and trees and provides nice shade in the summer heat.The pool is amazing and our children loved swimming and playing there.On site there were two German shepherd dogs that were very friendly and playful and although we have been cat people we loved seeing them around.Children will definitely miss Rufus and Mia. The location of the villa is nice for exploring Cagliari or the beaches nearby.It’s secluded area with a downside that sometimes during the night neighbour’s dogs could be a little bit noisy.But except of this we had a really good time in Sardinia! Convenient and comfortable place to stay
This is a comfortable place to stay and the owners (who live on the same site) are helpful and friendly whilst not at all intrusive. The property and location are suburban but convenient for Cagliari and the coast. It is worth noting that the owners have three very friendly dogs who are always around to play with but were sometimes a little noisy at night in response to other neighbourhood dogs. Overall we had a lovely time as the property was well-equipped with all the facilities needed.

perfect holiday!
hi, We have just returned from 2 weeks vacation in Cagliari. Villa is well located, close to the beach and local shops. Very big garded and pool make it perfect for families with kids. Beautiful house and garden with fantastic pool
We had a brilliant week staying here- the owners were very welcoming - including staying up for a late flight and leaving wine and pastries for us! The house had everything you could need for a self catering holiday and was all beautiful. The garden is huge and lovely, and the swimming pool was wonderful. We loved the nearby beach- Sant’Andrea and Simius beach and Sessa watergames in Poetto. Highly recommended.

Fantastic holiday - shame to come home!
Have just returned from a fantastic 12 day break at Villa Anita. The villa was lovely and spacious, clean throughout and had all the equipment you could need for a self catering holiday. The garden and grounds were very impressive, well maintained with loads of colourful plants and flowers and the swimming pool was just perfect. Anna Maria and Alberto were lovely welcoming hosts, nothing was a problem for them and as for our four legged friends..............., missing you Banky, Mia and Kuba! Would certainly recommend this as a great place to stay, close to airport, supermarket and wonderful beaches whilst being quite rural. Thank you for making our holiday so good. Julie & Karl x

Nous avons eu un beau séjour à Cagliari. L’appartement était bien situé et bien équipé. Il adonne sur une cour avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers, des activités pour les enfants (piscine, balançoire, trampoline) et même des tortues!

De très belles vacances
Je voudrais commencer par remercier Martina pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et tous les excellents conseils , grâce à elle nous avons visité des plages magnifiques, dîner dans d’excellents restaurants et passés une journée exceptionnelle sur une goélette. La villa était parfaite pour nous 3 , elle est bien équipée, il y a une grande chambre et qui communique avec une autre avec 3 lits à l’etage. Nous dînions sur la terrasse. Le jardin est très grand et plein de superbes arbres et fleurs et au milieu il y a une magnifique piscine à partager avec le propriétaire qui habite sur les lieux mais qui est très discret et très peu présent. Nous avons adoré les 2 bergers allemands Rufus et Mia qui sont vraiment très doux et surtout très bien éduqués et avec de la chance on peut même croiser des tortues. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et j’espère que nous reviendrons.

Perfect Appartement for a nice vacation
The Appartment had everything what you could wish for a nice vacation. Located just 30 minutes by car from the airport, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. A supermarket is nearby and with a car you can reach nice beaches and also Cagliari. The communication was quick and easy, also check in and check out was very easy!

Compleet, ruim en schoon verblijf. Genoten van onze vakantie.
Mooi verblijf. Onze 2 jarige zoon heeft goed genoten van het vele aanwezige speelgoed, de trampoline, de honden, schildpadden, het zwembad, schommel en de ruimte om het huis. Het verblijf zelf was erg schoon en je hebt er veel privacy. Eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam en aardig. Enige verbeterpunt dat ik kan verzinnen: de grotere oven is niet aangesloten (overigens ook niet meer naar gevraagd, want het was geen groot gemis). Er waren wel nog een magnetron en een kleine stoomoven aanwezig. Qua ligging goed om het zuiden en de stranden te verkennen. Wij wensen Anna Maria en Alberto (en de honden Rufus, Mia) het beste!

Toller Garten und liebe Gastgeber

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours à la villa Anita en famille avec 2 filles. La maison est très pratique et propre. En cuisine, il ne manque rien.1 chambre en bas, séparée par un rideau mais à l'écart du salon cuisine.A l'étage trois lit simple dans une chambre .Une salle de bain pratique et propre.La terrasse est très grande, barbecue disponible.Machine à laver et séchoir disponible.La maison reste bien fraîche au rez de chaussée.Le jardin bien vert, bien arboré, un bel endroit pour se détendre loin des plages bondées aux alentours de Cagliari, on peut apercevoir des tortues s'y promener.La piscine est très grande (10m*5m). Un bonheur ! Elle est nettoyée régulièrement par Alberto.Anna et Alberto, les propriétaires et voisins, partagent la même propriété, jardin. Ils sont très discrets et adorables. Communication par whatsapp, accueil à l'arrivée, mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu dire au revoir à Anna. La maison est bien située, un supermarché à 2min en voiture,la plage à 2min.40 min de villasimius, mais très belle plage à 10, 15min (Capitana par ex).Centre de Cagliari à 20min, plage de Cagliari (7km) à 10 min.A savoir : Anna et Alberto ont 2 chiens (Berger Allemand)qui se promènent librement dans le jardin. Ils sont très gentils et ne viennent jamais nous voir.Petite remarque : Le matériel pour la piscine, le parasol, les chaises longues ont un peu vécu. Il reste le trampoline et 2 balançoires. En conclusion : Merveilleux et agréable séjour chez Anna et Alberto.

Bonita casa
La casa es muy bonita y la piscina es excelente. En el anuncio se debería indicar que en la propiedad hay 3 perros sueltos, 2 de ellos pastores alemanes. Todos mansos. A excepción de la zona cercana a la piscina, el jardín está bastante desordenado. La casa está ordenada y muy bien equipada pero notamos un exceso de polvo que, al ser alérgicos, nos supuso algunas molestias, especialmente el primer día. La casa podría optar a 5 estrellas, pero lamentablemente estos detalles le restan. Gracias a Ana María y a Alberto por vuestra hospitalidad.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit Pool
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet (mit Kleinkindern fast etwas zu viel Deko). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Poolbereich ist auch perfekt. Annamaria und Alberto sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die 3 Hunde (2 deutsche Schäfer und 1 Jackrussel) sind total Kinderlieb. Was man beachten muss, ist, dass man über Nacht keine Sachen auf der Veranda stehen lassen sollte (unsere Luftpumpe wurde angebissen). Die Hunde laufen nachts auf dem Grundstück frei herum. Leider konnten wir die grosse Rasenfläche nicht wirklich nutzen, da es überall auf dem Grundstück verteilt Hundekot liegen hatte (wurde nur sehr sporadisch und auch nicht überall weggeräumt). Das gab dem Ganzen einen negativen Beigeschmack. Die schönen Strände sind etwa 45 Fahrminuten entfernt.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nette gastfreundliche Menschen und die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut. Der Garten ist groß aber etwas unordentlich. Ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Leider wird im Inserat nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass sich auf dem Grundstück permanent 2 große Hunde befinden und diese sich frei bewegen und auch dort entledigen. Der gezeigte Kinderspielplatz auf den Bildern ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse war vor unserem Besuch nicht gereinigt worden. Der Hochstuhl für die Kinder war vollgestellt und nicht geputzt. Im Haus war es dagegen sauber und geputzt.

Wunderschön!! Immer wieder gerne!
Einfach ein Schmuckstück dieses Haus, der Garten ist wunderschön, sehr grosszügig und wild aber herrlich romantisch und schön gemacht und dekoriert! Der Pool ist sauber und sehr gross, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch mehr, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Spielsachen für die Kinder. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und grosszügig ausgesttat, vor allem in der Küche ist alles da, zbsp. Nespresso Maschine und Kochzubehör. (Gewürze, Öl) Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Anna Maria & Alberto (die Besitzer, wohnen auf dem Grundstück aber sehr abseits und sind zurückhaltend) und auch die Kinder (die am Wochenende zu Besuch kamen) sind sehr liebevoll & gastfreundlich! Unsere Kinder haben die 3 Hunde geliebt und viel mit ihnen gespielt, sie kamem ab und zu auf die Terasse, sind aber sehr lieb und stören nicht. Wenn man sich erholen möchte im traumhaften Garten und mal nicht an einem typischen Touri Ort wohnen möchte (in diesem Quartier wohnen nur Einheimische einfach toll) und Hunde mag, dann ist man hier richtig! Wirklich top und sehr weiterzu empfehlen! Ein Auto ist aber ein Muss und für die schönen Strände braucht man etwa 20-40 Minuten.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaft schönem Garten und herrlichem Pool
Empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch um den Pool herum ist alles vorhanden (Sonnenschirme, Sonnenliegen etc.). Das ganze Gelände ist riesengroß und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen mit auf dem Gelände; ebenso wie die drei Hunde, die sehr nett sind und immer mal wieder vorbeischauen. Die Wohngegend ist nicht besonders reizvoll, aber es sind viele sehr schöne Strände in 15-45 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen (Regina, Kal'e Moru, Mari Pintau, Marongiu, Baccu Mandara, Cann'e Sisa, Villasimius, Solanas, Cost Rei,....). Gerne mal wieder!

Un havre de paix
Nous avons séjourné 15 jours chez Anna et Alberto dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. La maison et jardin sont propres, bien agencés. Il ne manque rien que ce soit dans l équipement de la maison, du jardin et de la piscine, Anna et Alberto pensent à notre confort et bien être. Ils sont de bons conseils pour les lieux a visiter avec une location idéalement située. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, vous êtes adorables. Pensant même a mon anniversaire !! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et nous espérons revenir un jour.

Schöner Urlaub mit schönem Pool
Uns hat der Urlaub dort sehr gefallen, in der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Ein Highlight war der Pool, den wir regelmäßig genutzt haben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie waren immer ansprechbar für uns.

Schöner Urlaub …..
Es war ein Urlaub mit Hinternissen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette , liebe Leute.Immer hilfsbereit!! Danke nochmal Alberto und AnnaMaria! Was nicht so toll war, sind die bellende Hunde in der Umgebung! Die ganze Nacht Gebelle!!! Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich da nicht hin…..wenn’s nicht stört, ist dort an der richtigen Stelle. Toller Pool , tolle Strände, tolle Vermieter. Auto unabdingbar, sonst kommst du nicht an die schönen Strände( ca.20-40 Minuten) jenachdem was man möchte. Der beste Strand war unserer Meinung nach in Villasimius!! Wie gesagt, bis auf das mit dem Hundegebell, toller Urlaub.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub
Wir, eine 4 Köpfige Familie, sind sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen worden und wir durften uns gleich für 12 Tage zu Hause fühlen. Es hat im Haushalt wirklich an NICHTS gefehlt! Auch Kleinigkeiten wurden hier schon bereit gestellt. In anderen Unterkünften muss man sich erstmal neu eindecken, dass durften wir uns hier gänzlich sparen! Selbst im Frosta stand schon Speiseeis bereit und im Kühlschrank Getränke zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan, aber Sie waren niemals ein Störfaktor. Im Gegenteil, wenn wir uns hätten verständigen können, (sprechen nur italienisch) wären bestimmt tolle Gespräche zustande gekommen. ;) Sie sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll, auch in Bezug auf Kleinkinder. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und riesig, mit allem was so man benötigt, für einen Poolaufenthalt. Die Anlage ist ein Traum für Pflanzen und Grün- Liebhaber, hier hat der Vermieter viel Liebe und Geschmack reingesteckt! Keine Mückenplage! Die Inneneinrichtung ist gemischt modern/ antik. Man ist in dem Häuschen ungestört, man kann auch schön auf der Terrasse sitzen oder in der Hängematte liegen. Für die Kinder gibt es auch einen Trampolin und 2 Schaukeln. Oben im Kinderzimmer gab es jede Menge Spielzeug. Die Vermieter haben 2 sehr liebe verspielte Hunde, unsere Kinder haben die Hunde gleich in ihre Herzen geschlossen. Die Lage des Häuschen liegt perfekt für unterschiedliche Ziele, von dort aus haben wir einige Strände und Städchen besucht! Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern ist die Costa Rei, ein Traum für die ganze Familie. Auch der Supermarkt und ein großer Spielplatz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe! Liebe Vermieter, dankeschön für den angenehmen Aufenthalt, hoffentlich bis bald!

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir konnten unseren Urlaub voll geniessen. Anna-Maria und Alberto helfen gerne bei jeder Frage. Und die drei lieben und verspielten Hunde sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen.

Un havre de paix
Très agréable maison avec un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu par Anna et Alberto, lesquels sont aux petits soins pour les locataires. Malheureusement, les alentours de Cagliari manquent un peu de charme. Il ne faut pas hésiter à aller vers l'Est du côté de Villasimius pour profiter d'un littoral magnifique.
