Would recommend clearing the enrty steps of snow. The steps are very steep and small. A real hazard with snow build up, especially carry luggage and opening the entry door. Also there was a dead, mutilated bird in the snow on the street, which should have discarded. Not exactly what you want to see entering/exiting the horl and restaurant.

Lovely historic hotel with welcoming and friendly staff, comfy and clean rooms, a short walk from many sites and attractions in Old Quebec! La Buchette next door is a favorite breakfast spot! You will not be disappointed staying here! Parking is off site but secure and a short walk. There are stairs, no elevators so keep that in mind.

The room was clean and very nice. It was very comfortable. A worker came the first morning and wondered why we were there and seemed to be confused that we hadn’t checked out. It was quickly straightened out. The shampoo was empty. The location was excellent and and the decor was lovely. We felt very safe and would definitely recommend this hotel to others or stay there again ourselves.
