A first class hotel - very helpful and friendly staff - very comfortable room ... breakfast first class and the restaurant is not to be missed ... there is also a very good restaurant nearby. The only issue was the roadworks outside - no fault of the hotel and you just have to learn to live with it

This is a great hotel with great staff but the best part was the attached restaurant which was the best restaurant of any hotel I've been in. Just remember, you won't be able to get in for any meal, any time of day, without a reservation. There was a good dining option a short walk away.

This was a lovely stop on the way back from old Quebec City. The staff was amazing! Vaughn & Emmie at reception were welcoming & helpful on booking the restaurant & getting us checked out. Comfortable bedding. We had the most pleasant breakfast experience at your restaurant. Our server Xavier was fantastic, so friendly & welcoming. The Omelette was delicious. Bravo Best Western! We’ll be back 😀
