The parking lot was an ice rink. I immediately fell as soon as I stepped out of my car. There was No salt or sand applied which made it very dangerous.

Nice stay. The staff were friendly. The room was okay to stay for a night but the lighting wasn’t great. Breakfast was good. The lobby area was not the best though. Would recommend just for a night. Parking was available on the site which was a plus. The location is in Levis, but was still convenient to reach.

I think the motel is starting to look dated . Also I question their policy of charging extra if you want a room on the ground floor. I do not feel this is justified as the motel does not offer an elevator. As well when we were there the motel was maybe a third full but they still would not give us a room on the ground floor making it necessary to carry the bags upstairs. Not the best for someone with arthritic knees.

Well, doing a great job with renovations. Corridors and stairs clean. Room clean, spotless. Some furniture pieces needs to be udpate. Great staff: friendly, courteous and in general nice people. However, surepisnigns, specially parking lot are lind of creepy 😳

The hotel is clean and well located if you need to do things around Lévis. However, it is an older hotel, so if you like rooms with a recent carpet and renovated bathroom, keep looking for something else. Good value for the money at the end of the day.

Smokey smell room
My Room 214 had a very Smokey smell that seemed to be in the drapes, carpet and soft furniture. Even though I was told at the desk that the hotel was a non smoking hotel. My suggestion is to either fumigate to remove the odour or remove carpet drapes etc.

This comfort Inn was surprisingly excellent! I normally stay across the highway at their competition but they have priced themselves out business for me.the comfort Inn Levi’s is very reasonably priced and excellent value for my dollar.
