I paid for 2 rooms and one was on the 1st floor that didn’t have the king bed I ordered and 2nd room was on the 4th floor all the way to the end of the hallway. The furthest away from our other room we paid for? 10:30pm someone walked into our room when we were in bed. We told him that he had the wrong room. Our other room got a phone call asking who was in the room at 9:00pm

We first were issued a room that already had a guest. The new room issued smelled mouldy, there was no soap and the tv wasn’t working. The breakfast was decent.

The staff in this hotel were friendly and welcoming. The man at the desk gave us a couple of recommendations for a near by restaurant that we could safely walk too. The Piazzetta restaurant had excellent food. We appreciated the lighter weight bedding in the room. The room had only small lamps for lighting which could have been improved on. We appreciated the compostable dishes and silverware in the breakfast room and the selections were good overall.

Hotel was handy to the highway for our one night stopover. Seemed to be short staffed as we had to wait about 10 minutes for a front desk staff to arrive. Also the pub/bar was not open during the advertised hours. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant

Great Comfort at the Comfort Inn
This was our third stay at this property, and we will be back next summer. It is a great rest point on our journey to PEI and allows you to visit the city if you wish by ferry rather than fighting the bridge traffic and and parking issues in old Quebec. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good to start you on the road for the rest of your journey.
