Great location to explore Old Town and the Citadel
Just blocks away from the port, The Citadel, popular dining street Rue Saint Louis, the funicular to Rue du Petit Champlain, and the Museum of Civilization. 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and wine dispensary at reasonable cost.

The hotel was the perfect location for being close and walkable to the wonderful things that Quebec has to offer. I was disappointed that when we arrived at 4:30 we had to wait till 6 o’clock for our room to be ready, though the girl at the desk compensated us with a gift card to purchase wine that was available. The rooms we stayed in had king size beds which were very comfortable. However there was no place to put your clothes. There was no dressers. We were literally living out of our suitcases. The other issue in our room was that the bathroom sink was slow to drain. I mentioned it two times to the person at the desk and it was never resolved during our stay. That was disappointing.

Room was spectacular, very quiet, breakfast was great.i only wish that the pool and the fitness centre were on the premise and not 10 minutes walk away. I will certainly come back at this hotel.

The staff at the Bellevue is excellent and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. The hotel is located very conveniently near the river to many interesting sites in Old Quebec. I highly recommend staying here.

We were very warmly welcomed and thank the staff for making our stay so delightful. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The decor is charming and it definitely feels like sustainability matters here. The juice bar was a nice touch. We would definitely book this pet-friendly, amazingly located hotel again!

Property was nice; great location for walking around old town. Had a spacious room with a sitting area, small refrigerator and king bed. However, room was on the lower level and we could hear the upstairs neighbors' every footstep. The AC system was pretty loud, so sleep was interrupted during the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I found the location to be excellent. It was close to restaurants and shops in Old City. Across from the hotel was a park and the boardwalk. Very scenic. Everything was in walking distance.

Great location but rooms very dated & poorly equipped. No fridge, tea or coffee maker in rooms. We had 2 queen bed rooms pre booked since December but on arrival were told 1 room (tiny) was just double bed but we were charged same price. No explanation/apology, not impressed. The images of pool are ludicrous - pool is in another hotel a long walk away, it’s tiny, don’t book this hotel thinking you’ll be enjoying long leisurely dips in the pool. Overall it was at best OK, shame, location is excellent but for the price I’d give it a miss & look elsewhere.
