Staff is very nice. Cleaning could be improved as our table was not clean even if they came to clean the room. I thought that the lounge provided different liquors but it is only wine. No beer or no other cocktails. Very close to everything. The location is the best thing about this hotel. We were in a room with a murphy bed. It was comfortable enough for one…The shower pressure is not great. The hot tub was nice and empty when we went.

Perfect place to stay in Old Quebec. Perfect location to everything that you want to see and Dow in Quebec. Good secure parking, large clean rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The room, being the small economic room, was quite small but very cozy and clean. The staff was kind and respectful and the breakfast delicious. We wish we had seen more information at booking about rhe jacuzzi present in their spa as we would have definitely brought our swim trunk if we had known haha

the location is awesome. It’s scenic and close to the heart of Quebec city. it is not accessible though with steep steps leading up to the entrance of the hotel. it’s super slippery especially when it’s cold and icy out. The staff is super helpful and nice. the showers are super hot and the room is super warm even when it’s -9 degrees outside. the hotel breakfast is very continental and nothing like what you would get in Japan. the rooms are small so if you are used to big rooms i would get a suite. the murphy bed is not comfortable.its definitely better than the nearby airport hotels since we were stuck in Quebec for two extra days due to bad snow storm.
