Road construction in front of property, noisy HVAC fan, room was at end of very long corridorr, broken coffe maker, fake fireplace cannot be turned off independently - have to remove keycard which turn room lights off also.. Not enough pillows.

Good for the price. Good place for family stay. Due to the construction next to the hotel very noisy and hard to access in/out. No microwave in the room: one on each floor. Some staff can’t speak English but kind though

Lots of activities to do with the kids, the pool was warm and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurants, the service was quick, the food was good and hot and the prices were very reasonable. Fun little get away for the family.

The room was disappointing. I felt completely uncomfortable that there was a glass sliding door right on the parking lot - didn't feel safe at all. The lighting in the room was poor at best; no light on one side of the bed so couldn't read. The lighting in the bathroom was also very poor and made it hard to get ready in the morning. We don't have any reason to return to Quebec but if we do we will stay elsewhere.

Fun place for kids who can't tell the difference between a nice hotel and a run-down hotel. Too much emphasis on events and entertainment. Should focus more on maintenance and cleanliness. Rooms are cramped. Tvs barely work. Overall feel of a budget motel. The pool area is the only saving grace.
