A very comfortable stay.
This place was clean and sleek, and made for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the minimal look, as it helped make it feel clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the air vent between the bathroom and the bedroom seemed to be connected as smells in the bathroom find their way into the bedroom. Not very romantic. But otherwise, everything was very nice, updated very nicely, clean and comfortable. Oh, and it would be nice to be able to lock the door to the suite from the inside.

My overall impression: Great place to stay- clean, safe, close to necessities (bus stops, grocery store, pharmacy, etc). Detailed impressions: 1) Safe area, 25-30 mins walk away from Old QC, very close to bus stops, 2) property and unit were generally clean (found a few hair here and there in the unit), 3) grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options within 5-10 mins walk away, 4) the unit (top most floor) had several ceiling to floor windows with sheer curtains- great for lighting, not great to keep the unit cool or privacy later in the day, 5) small bar soaps provided were flimsy and broke after 1 use (several back ups were provided though), 6) note that there is no place to store luggage or clothes in the unit, however, there are hooks in the living room and bedroom, 7) would have preferred to have a manual safety latch on the main door or an alarm system (for peace of mind, felt safe in the area), 8) while I appreciated ease of communication with hosts- call or email (very prompt responses by email), the responses to queries were succinct but not comprehensive, ie, the hosts didn't provide relevant information in response to queries that may have answered the query, eg, I asked if I could have an extra blanket, the response was 'no' as service was closed for the day. It would have been helpful for them to mention when service was open the next day and how I could obtain a blanket then, if there were any costs associated with it, etc.

So nice and clean! Great location. Comfortable, has a kitchen, teapot, dishwasher, coffee pot, lovely stove and good shower. At one point during our stay the elevator stopped working and there was no signage on it saying it was broken, but after emailing the hotel they were very quick to reply and fix the issue. Would go again!

Great location and space. Only complaint is that the bedrooms do not have doors, but rather have curtains and are not private. Also there are no closets or drawers to store your clothing. Otherwise the apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean.

Location is perfect. My only issue that i requested be remedied, and wasn't, was that our wooden creeky bed be repaired. The bed frame is fashionable and new but wood on wood means a noisy bed.

Very clean, property with all the conveniences you could need. We walked to the stop for the Hop On Bus to go touring, which was nice. Lots of room for a family or two couples but you better be friends as there are just curtains separating of the bedrooms instead of a doorway. Not sure why as it is framed up to be finished off. Easy check in and check out process. The building setup was a bit of a maze. The management was very easy to connect with and they were going to allow us to store our bags at the building across the street, but when we arrived, it was already cleaned and ready so we checked in very early which was nice after getting off the cruise ship. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible decir and very empty. Doesn't feel like a hotel, but also not like a fully equipped apartment either. Space looks half finished. Ok for a single night stay but not amazing. Also not as close to the center of town as I had imagined. Would not stay at this location again

Spacious, quiet, and comfortable apartment
This accommodation was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only oddity was that the second bedroom had curtains for privacy versus a door. The location was great and within walking distance of grocery stores and many restaurants and cafes. We walked to the old town and it only took 15 minutes to get the gate in the wall. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay, we had a situation and asked if we could have a late checkout. The lady at the desk was more than helpful and was able to give a complementary late checkout.
