Lovely Place. people who complain about being dated, need to travel a little more. This was a very nice place to stay. Convenient. near all the activities , near Old Quebec. I would return.

Unilofts was right in the middle of so many amenities! The building is older with the charm of the area. The rooms have high ceilings, beautiful molding, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor, I did say it was old so no elevator. Being my age, I would request a 1st floor room next time! The only negative thing about the property is not much parking however there is a parking lot on the next street. We were able to park by the property one of our 3 nights which saved some money.

Our stay with Uniloft contributed greatly to our terrific visit to historical Quebec. Multiple places to dine are right out the front door, and walking to the old fortifications and old town are just an easy stroll down the Grand Allee. I worried about parking ahead of time, but it was a needless worry. There is limited parking behind the hotel, but it was easy and less of a hassle to park in the paid parking lot about 75 yards out the back door. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and tourist attractions and the staff were friendly. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the same area. The downside is that the hotel is older and could use updates, but that is to be expected for the price
