The hotel was located some distance from the Main Autoroute (10 minutes), which was fine. We arrived very late and were told that the hotel did not accept pets - despite choosing it specifically because it said that it DID accept pets in the app we used (Hotels.com) The owner of the hotel was very friendly and after a short discussion allowed us to stay with our dogs. The room was a little on the small side for a double and very small for a triple (which was how the room was set up). Location was not unsafe (IMHO) but it was in an industrial estate (though not noisy). the condition of the hotel was sub-par it would benefit from a makeover. this would make the stay more welcoming, but things were relatively comfortable. The shower was not very nice. It leaked and the walls were warped. Perhaps it had been cleaned but it could have been cleaner.

Not much to say, simple hotel in a remote business area. Perfect for one night stop and budget dinner or lunch. Very friendly staff - Extremely calm during weekends

en colère pour manque d informations....
je suis handicapée. .....et oh surprise.... lorsque que je me suis trouvée devant la porte de l hôtel le vendredi 5 juillet .... «  HÔTEL FERME ». avec dehors 40 * après plusieurs démarches... pour trouver un autre hôtel nous avons apris qu il était fermé depuis 3semaines.... j avais fait ma réservation le 21 avril 2019 pour 2 nuits avec mon mari .... je suis en colère car on aurai pu nous prévenir .... et de plus nous avons payer 2 fois plus cher l autre hôtel....

Sie sind ein unsolides und unfähiges Hotelportal.
Hotel war wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Auf meine berechtigte Reklamation meiner Reise von vor 2 Wochen haben Sie auch nicht reagiert. Man kann Ihnen nur ein Ungenügend ausstellen.

A repondu à mes attentes
Bien suffisant pour une nuit, calme bien que face aux usines Volvic (on était vendredi soir), proche de Vulcania, du Puy de dôme et de plein de merveilles régionales. Hôtel correct ayant besoin d'un coup de jeune mais il a répondu à mes attentes qui étaient de passer une bonne nuit pour pas trop cher.

A déconseillé
J ai loué une chambre avec 3 lits simples (pour mes 2 neveux et moi même), à mon arrivée la personne qui m accueille me dis qu il va y avoir un problème car il n y a qu un lit double. On nous donne donc une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 simple. Nous ressortons chercher les valises et la la porte ne s ouvrait pas elle était bloquée. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain et pour finir je vais voir le réceptionniste car la tv ne fonctionne pas, il me répond méchamment qu il verra demain! Mais moi je m en foutais du lendemain vu que je partais.

Gérant hôtel très accueillant et disponible Surpris à notre arrivée car personne mais il fallait appeler le numéro de portable et il est venu nous accueillir Déçus par la fermeture du restaurant en août non mentionnée sur le site nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour déjeuner sur place Hôtel simple mais très correct et propre bien situé près d'une grande zone commerciale et avec parking Petit déjeuner très corrects Nous y retournerons sans problème

A ne pas recommander
Hotel viellot et mal entretenu. Exemple : Poignet de porte qui vous reste dans la main et lorsque vous vous adressez au patron il vous donne un tournevis et vous laisse vous debrouiller....Pas de prise a la salle de bain et pas de seche cheveux,bac a douche avec des joints moisis et des fuites dans la salle de bain....etc
