Beautiful hotel. But it was New Year's Eve and very noisy. It would have been nice to get a heads up there was a big party. Our first room was directly above the band. They did move us but just one floor up. We had a 3:30 wake up. If we had known we would have picked another hotel.

Great place near airport
Great stay near Quito airport for our late arrival. We didn't opt for the $5 breakfast on hotels.com app but it normally costs $21 a person at the restaurant. I am not sure if the two breakfasts are different but be aware.

The Holiday Inn Quito Airport was the best Holiday Inn that I've been in. The staff was very friendly and professional and the hotel itself was very expansive and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Quito.

Full points to the lovely lady running the restuarant and staff who with a few exceptions tried very hard and were very friendly. This hotel is not at all good value for money. We fly in and out of Quito several times per year and regularly stay in hotels around Quito airport all of which are cheaper (according to my consulting several different dates in 2025 and my receipts for Quito airport accommodation in 2024) and all of which overall and on specific items (eg breakfast value and attention to detail on meals) do a better job, which is to say there are several excellent hotels around the Quito airport you can choose from. No explanations nor information (eg hotel compendium) were available to consult, no explanations given at check in, and one had to ask about every item (eg where to find the room service menu but then there was confusion about which QR code staff would send up to the room for us to scan). Different times/staff different information, eg the shuttle departs half hourly - except when you are ready to go to the airport its not going for another hour. Not to say its a bad hotel, but there are other, excellent hotels that are better value choices nearby.

Hotel meals were great. Staff was very friendly and eager help with all our needs. We liked the free to/from airport shuttle that the hotel offers.Could have a better breakfast available for those that have to leave to go somewhere before breakfast hours. Television only had one channel most of the time. Was a good channel though. Rooms were clean. Pool area was clean . Awesome stay.
