Offered coffee only Rooms so dirty, broken shower, paint chipping, molding coming off walls, phone no work, sheets pillow had stains. Tv had stains and scratches all over. I feel if you book online through Expedia or similar, these establishments will give you their worst rooms.

Room was fine, nothing special. Now, the "breakfast" provided by the hotel is a joke! No food, no fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, no nothing! You would think that they would at least make up for it with providing decent coffee, NO. The coffee was warm brown water.

When we first checked in, the facility was out dated but the room was lower than most in the area. But the room was disgusting. The bed linens were stained and had a smell of throw up and cigarette smoke. The toilet was leaking and the tub appeared to be poorly painted over, with paint chipping on the tub floor. We requested a room change and the 2nd room was just as bad as the first. Electrical chords hanging down the wall, cigarette burns in the linens and tub, not to mention we went from the first floor to the third floor and we couldn’t use the elevator because we did not feel safe as the safety operating permit was expired. We tried to cancel the reservation and just go elsewhere, but they would not release our funds for the change, forcing us to stay. Also, both nights of our stay, we found cockroaches crawling the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I wish we could have gone somewhere else. I will never book at this facility again.

The hotel felt unsafe. The smell of smoke was overwhelming, despite supposed non-smoking policies. There were groups of guests hanging around the property at all hours, creating a sketchy atmosphere. I did not feel comfortable during my stay and would not return.
