Between my blackout shades immediately falling off the window which would later expose me to the meth smoking man who was banging on my window and peering in, I can’t say this is my favorite stay. I did enjoy running to my car to get out for work, where I was greeted by a homeless addict with his pants at his ankles. Perhaps you can offer these fellas discounted rates to clean the rooms which are littered with bugs, human hair, and what can only be feces stains on the wall. It would be better than whatever your current process is! Thanks for a night of slum-like terror <3

Property wasn’t clean and lots of undesirable folks hanging around the property. People partying in pool area close to midnight. Very loud. Won’t stay there again. Staff very nice.

This place was horrible. Mybfamily member found a pipe outside his room. My other family found condoms in their room. My room had roaches. We all checked the bed for bed bugs and found dirty matresses with holes. Music blasted at 2am. This was the worst place i have ever stayed.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. But there direct area around the hotel felt unsafe, there was a large amout of lotitering, smoking, and susbstance abuse hapening right outside the hotel rooms and in the parking lot.

This hotel has rooms that are only accessible from the outside, and had some sketchy business happening when I arrived at night. People were hanging out in the stairwells and being loud enough to wake me up at 2:30 am. The floor of the room was not clean and had hair and visible dirt. The staff were average, but I did not have much interaction besides picking up and dropping off the key. Overall, I wish the reviews were more honest, as I did not feel safe in the area and did not have a clean room.

Continental breakfast essentially cold cereal and toast. Yogurt once in awhile. No juice. Room very basic, no extra chair for a room set up for up to 4 people. No dresser for clothes. No mirror in room (only in bathroom) so more then one person could get ready at a time. Fride broken, took 2 days to get it fixed.

Bed was uncomfortable, was more like a foldout with metal base than a king in a suite like we paid for. Room was large. Faucet in bathroom was broken. When leaving in morning, people had slept in stairwell and were asking people if they were checking out and could use the room. Didn't feel safe. Surprised if the cost and expedia giving it that rating considering.

Give it a miss.

Property is in dreadful condition. The first of 2 nights we were in a room with peeling bathroom floor. In a state of remodeling, i hope very noisy with staff talking early am after a 1am party in the parking lot Day 2 was better room but still had a hole in shower ceiling and a troubeling patch in tub floor. And, they resold our sons room. ,That was guaranteed, so when he arrived midnight after a 9 hr travel day he had to sleep in his car.

Room smelled like a combination of paint, mildew, mold, and different types of smoke. Bathtub was 1/3 filled with water when we arrived because of a leaky faucet and someone left drain closed. Floor in bathroom looked like it had been flooded or there was a water leak because water was coming up from floorboards when stepping on it. Walls showed signs of water damage. Area around property was sketchy as homeless people were wandering around and looked like a couple of drug dealers were hanging around. When I parked, this really sketchy guy started climbing the fence right next to my car making me and my kids feel unsafe. We left after an hour or two because the room smelled so bad I thought I would wake up sick and we just didn’t feel comfortable. But, the lobby was kind of clean and the staff was nice.
