Check-in was easy and quite delightful. At the front desk, Shaun met us with a smile. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most helpful!
We realized that one of the room's lamps was not working and brought it to Shaun's attention. With a smile on his face, he happily called for someone to take care of it.
A few minutes later, one of the managers (sorry I didn't get her name) came and took care of the issue. She, too, was so pleasant and kind.
All in all, our stay was very nice. Our three rooms were quiet and clean (a few little 'dust bunnies' in the corners). But it is an older hotel, and with no carpeting in the rooms, so that little flaw didn't surprise us.
The breakfast 'hit the spot' for our crew (5 grands and 3 adults). There was something for everyone, from eggs and waffles, to cereals, muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt.
For the price, this was a perfect stay for our weekend adventure in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill! Thank you to the staff for all you did to help make memories for our family!
