My room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was dirty. Pretty sure they missed a few places when cleaning my room. Staff was nice though. Good for if you really need a place to stay.

This is a great hotel with a very nice resturant for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international foods to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near 2 of the main subway stations, making it very easy to get anywhere you wish. Highly recomend.

Close to the airport. Available last minute. The bed and pillows were not great (metal squeaky bed frame, flat small pillows). The towels were tiny and rough. Breakfast was good. There was a strong fragrance smell in the hallway.

We enjoyed the stay here minus the beds and pool not being in comission. We booked this place specifically because it was advertised with an indoor pool and our kids would have benefited from a swim and realxing evening on our last night of travels. We were disappointed with that. We also would say we give the beds and pillows a 1/5 stars they were hard, bouncy, pillows were as thin as paper, even my 6 year old said the beds were rough, and she can sleep on anything. The customer service however was top notch. Front desk and the shuttle to the airport. We also liked the complimentary breakfast as it had some decent options for us to grab quick before our flight the next morning.
