There should have been a clearer indication that we would have to pay an additional $150 authorization fee upon check-in. That is not something that can or should be in the fine-print, especially if it determines if someone will be able to stay in their already fully-paid $440 hotel room. Also, the woman at the front desk was very cold and stand-offish, not helpful at all when I asked about any amenities or what to expect with the authorization hold. I thought breakfast would be included, but it was an extra $14 /each. Not worth it. Our room had roach gel all throughout the drawers, that felt very unclean. If I had the option to cancel and get every penny back in that moment, and spend it elsewhere on a better hotel, I would have as soon as I came in contact with that rude receptionist. I wish I could fit everything in this review. Travelers don’t want these experiences after long train or plane rides at all, I know I didn’t. I don’t suggest booking with this hotel. I want my money back.

Good location for where we needed to be. Facility & room was very clean. Our TV kept skipping on the volume to mute (like a bad tv signal). It was hard to enjoy watching TV! Bathroom door would’nt shut completely. No cookies were ever put out Tuesday evening.

I stayed 3 nights and walked by the front desk each time with no one saying a word. You're supposed to get clean towels every other day, I did not not. The room has to be set to really cold and if you didn't, there was a moisture in the room that I can't even explain. The elevators are not clean, and you share the parking with another hotel. They had some kind of car thing with a bunch of noisy people who took up all the spots during the weekend days so I had to walk by myself in the dark, far from the hotel, where I was acosted by a transient. The pillows were trash. The only good thing is the hotel providing shampoo and conditioner in the hotel. Also, considering it's Hilton and the money you pay, nothing free for breakfast?
