The room was very nice, the hotel itself was nice. Front desk seemed to have an attitude. The first night I was there my car got broke into along with 7 other cars. They also make you pay for parking but do not have any security cameras. If I had to guess the hotel workers have something to do with these break ins. They did not care that this happened and you can clearly see the parking lot from the desk. (its a well lit parking lot) So something just seems off that someone was able to break 8 windows and no one heard/saw it from the desk.

The staff was always very friendly, helpful and considerate. Hard to come by in most places today. The rooms were perfect for an extended stay and could accommodate up to 6 people. Guests can also to their own laundry for free & coffe, tea or hot chocolate are also available for free all day. The only thing that I would suggest is a better variety of breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a choice and the hours were also limited. The hours should be from 6.00-10.00am 7 days a week.

Added charges for parking and something called a "reclamation fee" which the front desk could not explain, only to continue parroting a script was my welcome to this stay. The "separate sitting area" highlighted in the room description was a sleeper sofa separated by a curtain. The breakfast was abysmal, featuring bright green bananas and stale muffins. The stay here was better than sleeping in the car but just barely.

Some of the outlets did not work Blinds were inoperable and there was a big street light right outside my window. I couldn’t sleep as my room was as bright as day. Exhaust fan control broken

Good hotel. Clean and new. the shower gel bottle was empty and not refilled. Even when the cleaning service came. The elliptical in the gym was not functioning properly and was not fixed during our few days there.

Rude Place to Stay

The hotel was nice, but the breakfast was horrible. The property charged me 13.00 and change to self park. Not all of the staff is very friendly.
