Ashley at the front desk is fantastic. Very nice and accommodating and is efficient at her job. She makes the check in a lot smoother. Highly recommended this hotel and hope you get Ashley for when you check in.

Concert stay
Husband and I were in town for the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert.. staff was helpful, room was clean, usually the bed is comfortable but this time around it wasn’t..I think they need new mattresses. Overall the stay was good.

The room had pet hair every where which is something I hate. This was a business trip so I had to purchase a lint roller to get the pet hair go of my shoes and clothes. The location was great for my travel to the work site but the pet hair was entirely too much

The initial greet was excellent, followed up by text to see if we needed anything was nice. The downfall was that there was no coffee at 8am on a Sunday. This should be a priority as people are getting ready for their day. I saw several people asking for coffee. Coffee is a huge part of the stay.
