The trip was a birthday trip, the hotel staff were very courteous and kind, the room was clean and very comfortable. The only issues I cam across were a bit of mixed communication with front desk, and housekeeping coming a bit early on check out day. The hotel is new and is still working out a few kinks. I def plan to stay again.

Well we’ve stayed at many hotels and we notice that all of them have the same mattress and they are very still and uncomfortable but I guess that’s what the put in no their rooms.. beside that everything was wonderful

Please keep in mind this is a new hotel and the surroundings are somewhat still under construction. My critique comes from a few design flaws that people should be aware of when staying here. 1) The hotel address is listed incorrectly on Expedia. This hotel is located at 11 Seaboard Ave. NOT 18 Seaboard Ave. We circled the blocks several times before finally calling to find out the address was incorrect. 2) The loading/unloading area was occupied by construction trucks and parked cars. Signage was blown over by the wind so it was difficult to know where the lobby was located. 3) Parking garage is in a completely different building diagonally across the hotel. So because the loading/unloading area was filled with parked cars, we had to wheel the luggage cart all the way over to the parking garage, load our belongings and then cart it all the way back crossing the street. 4) Our check-in time was known to be 3pm. We checked in around 3:40pm and our room still was not ready. The front desk scrambled to call housekeeping. After waiting a several minutes in awkward silence they finally were able to provide us our room keys. 5) We loved the newness of the hotel and room. However, there were no coffee pods or condiments. The coffee pot was there but nothing else to make a cup of coffee with. 6) The clean white crisp sheets are great to be the first on to sleep in them but if you're a light sleeper like me, for each toss or turn the crisp sheets were incredibly noisy and rough.

This hotel is pristine! Our room was perfectly clean and beautiful. The bed felt great and the sheets were crispy. Every detail is well thought out. The lighting, decor, and furnishings are well designed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Canadian bacon, pancakes, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, steel cut oatmeal… all in a bright, airy space with tiny glass jars of jam, real dishes, and cloth napkins. Gluten free options are labeled, as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved staying here!!

We really liked the clean well-designed rooms. They were very practical and beautiful. The location was great, lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Our breakfast was definitely top notch for a hotel breakfast. The only downside was parking and the loading area. The loading zone was too small to accommodate the number of guests using it. This could have been mitigated if staff had been available to keep people moving. The super design of the rooms was not caried over to the parking garage. The severe angles of the lot made it very difficult to control your car door. With all that said we will use this hotel again.
